The rating for this chinese takeway does not reflect the reality. We use this chinese regularly and the quality of food is always very high. Even during lockdown, when other takeaways were not serving their normal standard of quality (maybe due to missing ingredients or high volume of orders) we found that Elements' food was always the same high standard.We only ever collect the food and have never received a delivery due to our location so cannot comment on the delivery service.
Staff seem really nice and friendly portions are very big esp for 1 person could make smaller portions and take away boxes could be changed my bbq ribs all sauce spilled out all over by time i drove home.. Spring rolls were not nice at all maybe i got wrong ones it was just all cabbage and nothing else other than that my food was nice
