I’m a frequent customer of Sophia’s and I received my food tonight and least to say I’m shocked to find a long piece of hair mid way through eating my waffle from takeaway. Hygiene has been let down here, this hasn’t been the first time, but i understand everyone has hair but it should be made sure it isn’t getting into the food !The review service is here to be used so I may as well. Being a 5 rated food establishment I wouldnt expect hairs in my food, I suppose I’ll give my head a wobble for you’s but not too much incase a few hairs fall out n go into my food ? enjoy your night ??

As a loyal customer for several years, I never expected to be treated in such an unprofessional and unfair manner.On 16th June, my autistic daughter, who has a severe learning difficulty, inadvertently placed an order online for collection without our knowledge or permission. We, as parents, were completely unaware of this order until two days later when my wife spoke to one of your staff members. Despite the misunderstanding, she promptly apologized, explained the situation, and even offered to pay for the order. However, as your staff realized it was an unusual order and we have always had our orders delivered in the past, no payment was requested or made.To our surprise, three weeks later, when placing an order for a meal for two tonight, we received an immediate phone call demanding payment for the previous order. I respectfully declined to pay, as I explained to the employee who called me that they had already received payment for tonight's order. I suggested using the payment from tonight's order to cover the previous one and canceling tonight's order, but instead of understanding the situation, the employee seemed confrontational and dismissive.The way I was treated during this phone call was absolutely unacceptable. Not only was the demand for payment regarding the previous order completely untimely and unwarranted after such a significant time lapse, but the employee's lack of empathy and understanding towards the circumstances surrounding the initial order was disheartening. As a loyal customer who has always supported your establishment, I expected better treatment and a more reasonable approach.Your employee's response, expressing satisfaction that we will never return, was particularly disappointing. It is disheartening to witness such a disregard for customer loyalty and the difficulties faced by individuals with special needs. Been getting pizza's from here regularly and always top quality. Wouldn't go anywhere else in the locality after a few disappointments nearby. Staff use a proper pizza chef. Totally recommended.

We got the family meal that gives you two 12 inch pizzas, garlic bread, chips, and soda. It's massive. We've got enough left for breakfast tomorrow and a snack.Pros: High quality ingredients, friendly service, contactless payments.Cons: Didn't see a deep dish option? Maybe I missed it.
