Ordered a hawaiian burger with instructions for fried onions, lettuce and tomato. What I got was only those 3 ingredients and not the pineapple and sauce which would be standard on a hawaiian burger. When I called to address my order the poor girl on the phone was absolutely berated by a staff member who used aggressive and foul language in the background which I could here on the phone. They offered me a new burger but with the attitude of the cook I'd be reluctant to accept food, worried I'd get spat on food or other spoiled product. I'll never order from here again and advise others never to complain incase of the say attitude. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

Food is ok, however the online/forward ordering system is completely pointless as they will not start processing your order until you get to the store even though you have already paid. This is incredibly frustrating, you would be quicker going elsewhere.

I bought a taco chip today which I was really looking forward too, what a surprise I got when I opened it.All taco sauce, I was looking for the minceI would say if you tried to fill a teaspoon with the mince you would be lucky. It cost almost seven pound a disgrace, I know the price of meat has went up I have worked and still am in catering for 40 years, when I rang to complain the girl told me she didn't know what to do, where I work we would have offered something else or a refund, I certainly won't be buying out of here again.

Really disappointed in the pizzas we got as we haven't got from here in a few weeks and the base seems to be different and the amount of bbq sauce used for the base of the pizzas was far to much, that when I lifted a slice all the cheese and toppings slid off the pizzas base. We couldn't finish the pizzas as the bbq sauce was so over powering on the pizza it just wasn't nice.The one thing is the chips where 100% very good but just the pizza let it down

How disappointed was I when I ordered the foot long hot dog to get home and find out it was 2 sausages in a bap..really? Giving 3 stars instead of 1 as the other food we ordered was very nice. Same can't he said for the sausages in a bap. The foot long sausage was what tempted me and would have appreciated being told they didn't have any instead of what I got

Not the best experience ever. My order should have had beans in a separate container not all over the chips. A change in policy perhaps but not the best time to do it as the beans were for a child

They seem to cut the portions. But more than half. Lost my custom. The reason we went ghere all the time was, you got a great meal.
