Ordered beef curry worst I've ever had. It most certainly didn't taste like meat from a cow to me.The windows were really dirty. Switch on the wall behind us same. Never again

Tried the emporer tonight after golden dragon was closed for 2 weeks holidays. Omg ? was vile gooey slimey chicken chow mein and chicken fried rices for rest of family and also horrible, kids didn't even eat it. Rang to say we didn't have a nice meal but because they'd have no other complaints and the dishes we had were popular the manager didn't believe me. All into bin. Avoid at all costs ?

Review in pics Worst Chinese ever and not very good staff either. What happened to the customer is always right?? Wish I had of taken pics of the food or boxed it up and brought it back to them ?

I came here tonight to treat my 2 children as it’s Xmas eve. Big mistake!!
We waited well over 1 hour for 2 starters of prawn toast and chilli chicken. I heard several others complain about their late food also from people who came in after us. When we finally received our main meal 1hour and 30 mins after we arrived 2/3 dishes where cold. We didn’t want to wait even longer as it was going on after 8pm at night, so my children had to ask for their dinners boxed to heat up at home. The restaurant was then packed with people waiting for their food but yet they still took more and more telephone orders! The server only apologised saying she knew we waited more than we should have but still charged me the full £51. Won’t be going back!! Disgrace.
