Food arrived over 30 mins late and cold (despite chasing the lateness there was no hurry to get it to us quickly). The food was cold and very salty, and part of our order was wrong. Due to the issues and lack of customer service when we called to chase the lateness, it seemed a waste of time to follow up on this. We'd already waited a total of almost 1 hour and a half for our (cold) food, with the apps scheduled delivery time plus the delays. The girl on the phone when I called didn't seem to care that the delivery was already 10 mins late at this point, she walked away from the phone mid-sentance to get someone else, without bothering to tell me. I was then (I quote) "assured and reassured" our delivery would be next. I fail to believe our delivery was next due to the coldness of the food when we are a 12 min drive away from the shop (if we'd been able to collect it ourselves, we would have). Not only was the food cold and salty but the dips tasted and looked watered down, and the food itself tasted like it had been left under a (not very strong) heat bulb. Would not recommend.

I've always enjoyed food from Gino's, however lately it's all gone downhill.Pizza was cold, sides hot ( how can that be), anything to do with delivery guy not using a hot delivery bag, also order incomplete, no drink however paid for it.This is what I don't get, Dominos can deliver hot pizza to my door and they will be traveling over 8 miles, Gino's is a 2 min drive my house ...cold pizza.You can guess we're I'll be getting my future pizza orders fromSorry Gino ...you need to step up!! Or grip you delivery service,,!!

Just recieved my order, although arrived in good time and warm, food was bland and chewy. Will not order again.EDIT**Food was in fact cold even though x was warm, apparently needing to add own garlic butter to the *prefrozen* base that was sent in bottom of box.Absolutely horrible. Ate onion rings and less than 1/2 of the chips. Atrocious food. Should have read the rest of the reviews before ordering. I REPEAT. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

The worst takeaway ever! Ordered fish pizza (all big fish lovers). Pizza had no prawns or anchovies as was stated on the description, instead it had a substitute of big chunks of fish sticks, very little tuna and 4 pieces of mussels. Pizza was tasteless, loaded fries and chicken wings tasted like they been cooked 3 days ago, dry with taste of old oil. Overall absolutely terrible food, seemed stale, bland and tasteless. Very disappointed and will never order from there again.

Ordered First time last weekend. Never again. Delivery was supposed to be 45 mins, was half an hour late. No way to track on app. Pizza was undercooked and it was tasteless. No flavour from cheese or pepperoni. Delivery too expensive. They also charge 50p service charge to use app. Honestly worst pizza ever.
Had some issues with the delivery got it sorted and when it came food was fresh and was very nice.

Pizza place and Verde used to be amazing now we’ve tried it a few times recently and every time it’s been disappointing. Cheese burnt on pizza and tastes like it’s been sitting for ages and cold chips, such a shame. Hope it improves in future
