My family of five enjoyed a lunch here. The food was delicious and the service was quick. Portions were very large, we will definitely be back.

Burger was incredible, Mac and cheese was a gamble but it was really good, maybe a little under seasoned, a spicy Mac and cheese would be a nice addition. Either way already recommended to friends. ?Kid-friendliness: They were very sweet to my daughter made her feel heard and the portion size was appropriate.

I always swear never to go back to the "restaurants" at Dundonald cinema. Really poor quality, frozen, overpriced fast food. It's like the shop "Iceland" opened a hot food outlet.

I love Sugar Rays, it is one of my favourite restaurants, especially when I am going to the cinema with my best friend. The food is always consistently fantastic, the staff are very attentive, the service is fast and efficient, and it is always incredibly busy. I think it is reasonably priced, especially given the portion sizes!Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options including many vegetarian burger options.Dietary restrictions: I'm not sure this is really the place if you have many dietary restrictions but I'd recommend ringing in advanceParking: Lots of parking, although when the complex is busy you may have to use the overflow carpark which can be a bit of a walk.Kid-friendliness: It is a family restaurant for sure!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is all ground floor and wheelchair accessible

We got steak sandwich with chips and deserts and tea it was lovely but the young fella that served us was brilliant he was so attentive and they where busy

It was brilliant, my partner got a half rack of ribs and I got goujons, goujons could've been cooked a little longer and I'd asked for a different dip but was presented the same dip on menu which I couldn't eat, it was quite loud and people in the queue saying rude remarks about other diners saying "they've finished eating why won't they leave" so that was abit off putting but apart from that I loved it!
Great service as always. Everything was perfect! We have always enjoyed eating here with friend and family.

4.5 out of 10 -The mac and cheese was not good at all, the chicken strips perfectly battered but tasted off, sitting out too long and flavourless. The chicken wings were nice and the BBq sauce was great. The main course, mash was not anything exceptional and almost reheated in the microwave. The bacon and chicken meat was dry and overcooked, bacon almost gave the burned flavour and the chicken was flavourless again. The beef brisket was very nice. The sauces tasted cheap and very watery. Sauces should be thicker than water. Overall wont be back as we weren't blown away by anything.

Staff very attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.Parking: Located all round as there's many restaurants and eateries in the same area.Kid-friendliness: Do a lot for kids especially when it's their birthday.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible for wheelchairs and walking aids.

The special burgers throughout the year is what makes this place. The Halloween inspired "Zombie Burger" was absolutely fantastic. The chilli cheese bites as a topping made it. If you like cheese you'll love this burger. Knife and fork required however because of the sauce on the lid!
