I like the white hot chocolate out of here, the coffee isn't bad either. You can sit on yiur laptop and not be bothered which is good.

Not many people in when I was there but weekends there usually is a good amount of people enjoying a nice drink and food and with friends and family having a relaxing time ?Parking: Plenty of free parking as they are on a shopping ? complexWheelchair accessibility: The doors are wide enough to have a wheelchair pass if not sure ask staff to help you I am disabled but not in a wheelchair phone them first to make sure you can go in

Great coffee and great service. The only criticism would be the price for tray bakes, buns, cake etc. The prices charged for these items is incredibly over priced. The coffee is great and the service is also amazing but the prices are horrendously

Even during busy times of shopping centre you’ll usually have no problem finding a spot, usually down by the cinemaWheelchair accessibility: Step free access. No in store obstructions. Assistance may be required to access the toilet area

Cake was lovely but would have prefered to have had one of their pastries instead. This was not a viable option with a huge bluebottle repeatedly sitting on the pastries and staff doing nothing to chase it. The cake was covered. Their sign says home to irresistible coffee, I think that should say home to regrettable coffee given that the Costa machine in the garage provides better coffee. Such a shame!

I’ve given so many chances to this place.I always watch how coffee is made and it’s such a disappointment.Worst was the last time when I went there. Frappe was made just as iced latte (it was just ice cubes instead of blended ice), then girl gave me a lid that’s too big and then she remembered to add one more ingredient from recipe. It literally took her 6MINUTES instead of 6 seconds.
