We were disappointed with our meal. My husband's roast beef was very stringy and fatty so much that we brought it home for the dog. They claimed it was sirloin but not like any sirloin I have ever seen. The sprouts were like metal balls. I enjoyed my turkey and ham but there was not much of it. This was a Sunday carvery but one of the worst we have experienced. We complained and no effort was made to refresh our meal or even apologise. We will not be back. Very poor.

Never been before, fit myself and a few friends in no problem without booking. Staff were amazing, really friendly and the whole place had a great family atmosphere. Food was incredible and portion sizes would do your mama proud.. what a great place. I'll definitely be back.

Went here last Saturday night with a big party, staff were so friendly and helpful especially sorting out our kid’s meals. We all ordered of the set menu and the quality of the food and size of portions was excellent. Steaks and desserts are unreal.

We have been for family occasions and also as a couple and every time the food is very impressive as well as always having friendly staff who are very welcoming and can’t do enough for you! Would recommend this place to everyone who wants real good food with great service!
Went with family for a meal at Portmor and everything was excellent from we walked in the door. The staff were friendly, great service and very helpful. We went for the 3 course early bird menu and everything was excellent. Food was delicious and portion sizes were very generous. Great value for money. Had a great night and can't wait to return for another wonderful experience

Was booked in with my partner for lunch at 3.30pm, arrived at 3.20 we were greeted by a member of staff and shown our table, handing us menus the waiter walked away not even taking a drinks order. We waited over 30 minutes and i then when up to front desk to ask to be served, I stated that we were waiting half an hr and I was abruptly told use couldn't be there half an hour!! A member of staff followed me to table to take our order, where again we were told we couldn't be there half an hour to which we said we were and that we were actually going to leave, to which the abrupt member of staff said use know where the door is!!! Absolutely disgraceful service for a couple who had previously ate here several times before. Very very disappointing and we will not be back.
