An absolutely charming young woman serving us, made some really delicious subways, engaging in conversation as she worked with a friendly nature and welcoming attitude. Genuinely appreciated.

The new manager (Adele) needs gone. The woman doesn’t care about the employees or customers one bit.She will stand there and watch/command the employees to do stuff whilst she does nothing. Then she will disappear into the back and never return. And hence other people saying there is no one behind the counter!A few employees who I know have left because of her and I wouldn’t blame anyone else for leaving in futureWhen she makes sandwiches she doesn’t care how it is done/looks as long as it is fast and gets to the next customer. This is the worst Subway I have been too in a very long time.

Stood for 5-10 minutes this evening and no one came out to serve. Ended up leaving because no one bothered to come out. Some other guy left a few minutes before us as well for most likely the same reason

Very efficient staff, so helpful and very friendly. The young lady that served us on Easter Sunday gave us the best experience I’ve ever had in any subway even though she was very busy and on her own! Delicious sandwich too

Have just left Patterson's garage in Dungannon. The girl on duty at Subway was on her own and I have to say coped admirably on her own serving customers, preparing food, providing coffee/cold drinks, taking till payments. The queue was horrendous being Easter Sunday. She deserves a massive pat on the back for doing her job in such pressured circumstances. Sorry I didn't get name, she was a small girl, with dark hair and a massive smile. Hope her bosses read this. She's such a good example of how an employee can work and is such an asset to your team. asmirably

Quick lunch time sandwich surprisingly not too busy and very tasty! Still a bit expensive but an occasional treat.
Well worth a trip especially if your gluten free or coeliac as this one stocks gf bread. Healthy, filling and tasty all in one?
