Our recent visit here was terrible. The shop itself is messy and dull, plants look ill, and Christmas trees were lying on the ground in the dirt. The guy from the shop damaged our car while putting a tree in the boot (he wasn't even asked to do it) and just walked away. Now we have to make repairs and repainting which will cost hundreds of euros. We didn't receive any tiny apology. The first thing the staff said was that it's our fault and they will not help in any way because the car park is not covered by shop insurance. I strongly would not recommend going here for many reasons. The nearest garden center, Ashwood, is like a jewel in comparison to this one in everything. We always went shopping in Ashwood. It's a shame we decided to visit this one. First and last time. I am extremely disappointed.

First ever visit to this garden center ended up in disappointment and a broken car. After buying a Christmas tree, shop assistant tried to fit it into our car (he was never asked to). He slammed the tree with the boot so hard that he just ripped out the car spoiler, then said "sorry" and walked away. When we talked to the till lady Melissa about the incident, she has done all she could to put the blame on us, saying that the spoiler was poorly attached somehow and we should talk to our own insurance as their insurance company won't cover anything as it happened on garden shop parking and not on premises. So now I'm stuck with hundreds bill for car paint job. It was the first and the last visit there.

Very well stocked with popular garden favourites and some rarer exotic plants. It was a real pleasure to browse, and I found that my purchases were well grown with good root extension for very competitive prices. Highly recommended.
