Ridiculous customer service. Horrible staff. Told me I had to wait 20 mins for my food was waiting over an hour and a half and asked for a refund and the staff were extremely rude and kept telling me the food was coming when it hadn’t even started to be cooked. People who ordered their food ten mins ago got me food before me despite me ordering an hour and30 mins ago. Female worker was angry at me for asking where my food was, and told me to be calm even tho I was.

Nice Dominoes pizza in Enniskillen where you can collect a large pizza for only £12. Only a couple of chairs available inside while waiting but if they're taken, there's a wall outside you can sit on and wait. Got a plant based American hot which was good considering it's the first plant based pizza I've ever had; couldn't really tell much difference between this and the meat version. Also got a vegi supreme which was also good. Staff serving were friendly and nice.Vegetarian options: Veggie and plant based pizzas availableDietary restrictions: Gluten free pizzas available

Ordered Nachos, chicken wings, pizza and wedges. Arrived cold and poor quality. The Nachos went straight to the bin . The pizza was horrible. Any of the other pizza places in Enniskillen are far better. They let the name Dominos down, Domino’s in other towns are fantastic.

Honestly by far the worst experience, ordered a veg pizza but when opened, found piece of bacon in it. When approached to the store and raised the issue, the so called manager was actually laughing and says once piece of bacon would not be an issue for us. Got it replaced but not the right way to treat the customers. Not a word of apology, should at least have the basic manners, you are wearing a manager’s badge, she kept laughing for no reason.

Reserving a 5 as its my go to so havent tried many others id give it 4.5 if i couodn, the walk in wins make it verry resonable and its always so consistent and fast. It my guilty pleasure and see no reason to try arround atmParking: Can be a little awkward to get in and out at busy times better to loop round by the shopping centre

Had rang for a delivery, the boy on the phone was very unhelpful and said because we are outside the ‘7 mile radius’ that they cannot deliver, yet we have got numerous deliveries from them. Not to mention we’re are on the 7 mile radius exactly! Didn’t offer any sort of help and was very cheeky on the phone. As for manager not wanting to offer help either, will not be ordering from them ever again!
Made an order online, when collecting one item was missing, ovens fault apperently. The remainder off the order was then left sitting for +10 mins (getting cold) while the missing item was made up. Poor

I've been here several times but recently the the Pizza are way below par versus other Dominos I've been to. My last few visits my pizza was extremely dry as if it had been reheated or spent way too long in the oven. The quantity of toppings are far smaller than other Domino s I've visited. There's usually a Staff Wanted Sign in the window so maybe the staff don't stay long enough to know how to properly prepare and cook a descent Pizza. When it first opened a few years ago it was very good but now it's just terrible, I've had my last Pizza from this Dominos

Paid £3.99 for a side of wedges that literally has 12 wedges. Either half eaten by delivery driver or its Irish famine 2.0

After a delivery order had not shown up after 1 hour 10 minutes, I phoned up to see how soon the order would reach us. I was confronted with a very rude lady who thought it clever just to hurl insults and bad attitude (including hanging up on me twice). Pizza finally arrived - two hours after ordering - only for them to send me the wrong pizza. Will be going elsewhere in future - Dominos have lost a customer.

We got order which had a different address on it. The order we got was for one person it wasn't going to feed the 5 of us who had all ordered pizzas. The driver told us to phone pizza restaurant and he got out as fast as possible. He had obviously delicious order elsewhere. The shop couldn't authorize a refund as this had to be done by their manager. He wouldn't take calls and after numerous visits we found he was now replaced. We contacted the new manager. He said go away it was out of time for a refund despite twice weekly contact. They run you around in circles hoping you will give up . Franchises carry out Domino's policy!!! My advice is never buy from Domino's. Our experience is that they stole our money
