Went as a party of 13 to the bistro for a 50th birthday dinner. Food and service was excellent. A lovely lady saw to our needs without any problem. Evening ruined when the 'manageress' decided to shut the place without warning at 11pm (opening hours on website allegedly to midnight) when we had just ordered a large round of drinks. Having been told we could not split the bill between the 6 couples and one singlie, I made a £650+ payment with a healthy tip for the lady who looked after our table and her two young colleagues who were also very good. However, all that was undone by the rudeness and arrogance of the manageress, leaving us to stand outside in the cold and rain and wait 15 minutes for a pre-booked bus to return us to our accommodation. The absolute antithesis of hospitality. I'm sure this doesn't reflect the attitude of the owning family, nevertheless, deeply unimpressed by how we were treated. January is traditionally a tough month in the food and drink trade; there was only one other couple in the bistro while we there; stupidly I thought our custom would have been welcome. Apparently not. No doubt a one off aberration for this venue and it should not put you off; but it does warrant calling out.

Absolutely amazing, staff fit us in with only 30 minute notice on a Saturday night, I had the fillet steaks, absolutely beautiful, perfectly cooked and very affordable. My boyfriend had the t-bone sizzler which was fantastic. I had to stop him from asking for a bowl of the fried onions to take away as he loved them so much. Staff were all lovely, I am a bit fussy and changed my side and had some substitutions but everything came out perfectly as I had asked. Lovely atmosphere also, nice lighting and feels very cozy. Absolutely brilliant, very fair price, lovely steak. Wish we lived in enniskillen so we could make it a regular stop.

We planned our Northern Ireland destination wedding from the United States and Norman didn’t miss a beat. His communication was stellar and prompt. Looked into the Westville Hotel, hoping to get lunch on a bitterly cold, stormy, wet Saturday. It didn't seem very busy but seemed very short staffed which was confirmed by a comment made to me by another person just leaving. I stood around a bit by a sign saying, wait to be seated, but the only staff member visible seemed to be run off her feet. I ventured a bit further down the street - it was a truly horrible day - and went into Horseshoe and Saddlers. Glad I did as it was a good experience with decent pub grub and pleasant, efficient service. Good selection of sandwiches and wraps as well as burgers, roast beef, fish and chips and lots more. Best latte I have had in Enniskillen too. I would recommend and I will be back.

We went to the Horseshoe as we were in enniskillen to celebrate our 51st wedding anniversary. The meal was great and the girl Anne or Anna made us so welcome .The meal was great and the dessert that followed mmmm! We left to return to our airbnb when I realised I had left my phone at the Horseshoe, my wife rang and Anne or Anna replied and said no problem I will drop off at your address.I was so grateful after a long shift at work she went out of her way to return my phone.Big thanks for a lovely meal at the Horseshoe and especially Anne or Anna so sorry for not getting your name right but thank you so much.
The food here is absolutely incredible. Norman truly cares about his business and his community. Him and his team catered our wedding and it was perfect. We didn't have the funds to fly out to Enniskillen to do a tasting ahead of time so we had to trust that the food would be good. It was even better than we had hoped for! Highly recommend 10/10

4 of us went to the Horseshoe for food yesterday evening. We didn’t want to go to the restaurant and thankfully because we went early enough (just before 6pm) there were plenty of tables when we arrived. It’s a good job we did go early though because by the time we were leaving every table was full and there were people waiting for tables.Service was friendly, food was great and prices very very good.It was great to see Norman still there! He lectured in “the tech” when I was there many many years agoWould highly recommend the bar area for food. Keep up the great work!

We were staying in town for the weekend and looking for somewhere to eat and decided on the Horseshoe & Saddlers. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Even though the pub was busy with it being a Saturday night our food came out quite quickly. We both had steak which were really tender, generous portions and tasty - served with loads of pepercorn sauce. A lovely meal.

We ate here twice during a recent 3 day visit to Enniskillen and both times the meals were excellent and service was too! It would have been 3 times but they stop food service by a certain time and we were too late coming in that night. Our group enjoyed fish and chips and pasta and other scrumptious dishes! It was too much to finish! Both times the service was great, the beers were cold and the meals were affordable! The restaurant is conveniently located close to town and was a short walk from our hotel Belmore Court. They must have an excellent chef cooking here!
