The staff really went out of their way to make our little wedding magical. Everything was beautiful, and the food and service couldn't have been better. I can't wait to go again, hopefully for our anniversary.

3 nite D, BB break. Food good 4 star standard. Staff all lovely.Only 4 stars as had issue on last evening with very loud music from wedding and children running up and down corridor. So if you go to bed relatively early and like peace and quiet I suggest you check with hotel regards if wedding on in order to pick best room

Stayed 3 nights for a family birthday. We booked a Woodland Lodge because it has a hot tub on a private deck. The place was spotless and well equipped for self-catering with very good quality kitchen equipment and Belleek Living crockery. Full sized fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and fan oven. Views from the Lodge (and hot tub) were gorgeous out over the River Erne towards the Lough. Felt private, secure, and quiet. Access to full amenities of the hotel were included, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Ate in the hotel grill one afternoon - food and service were great, view over the Lough spectacular. I think that the 4.00pm check-in is a little late considering that check-out is 10.00 am. Handy for local attractions and the town of Enniskillen itself.Walkability: Lodge was accessible with a walk-in shower (no hand rails, though) and level decking outside, accommodation all on one level. The car was parked right beside the Lodge. Central heating control can be operated within the Lodge. Double doors with a slight step over threshold onto decking. Hot tub has two steps up and a tall step down in.

Stayed here last weekend, place was really nice overall. Will definitely be back to stay but we did have a few issues but I assume they aren't issues that would happen on a return trip.Booked into one of the studios which was beautiful and spacious but after check-in we were told that there was a set parking spot for our studio but when we drove over there was a workman's van for someone working on site, I asked if he was leaving soon as he had parked in the spot for our studio and he told us no and so we had issues finding somewhere to park as the carpark was full. Once we got into the studio we found some belongings of the people who were in before us in a bin bag left on the bed, not much of an issue as we just brought it back around to reception.Had a great pint of guiness at the bar for a reasonable price and then my wife decided to go to the spa but the lady at the reception was quite short with us for not bringing swim caps even though we didn't know we needed them, we were given one and this was charged to our room but was cheap enough so not much of an issue apart from how we were treated at the spa reception. While my wife was in the spa I wanted to take a shower but the shower knob in our bathroom was broken so only the small shower head would turn on and not the rain shower, I went to reception and asked about it and they sent someone over to look at it but when he arrived and inspected the shower he just said there was nothing they could do and the matter was left at that, this wasn't handled very well for a 4 star hotel as no effort was made to fix the shower or offer us an alternative or some form of compensation but I managed a work around to get the shower working but just not on full power.Checking out the next morning was fine, quick and simple process, we mentioned the shower and they made a note of it to get it fixed for the next person. Overall the hotel is very nice and we will be back to stay as I said I don't think these are common issues but was still not a great experience or one that I'd expect from hotel with its ratings.

Don't know anything except about the pool. Warm water. Great accommodating staff. Best swim instructors.

Not sure how but we had the best room in the hotel - room 236! A fabulous large corner room with views 2 sides, overlooking the lake. To watch the sunset was magical.Good food and staff were so friendly and helpful.Rooms: We have stayed before and had a view of the lake but this time our room was the last word in luxury - just fantastic.

We stayed at one of the Lakeview Studios that we managed to get on a Black Friday Deal at the timeWould definitely recommend these as they were just that bit quieter and more secluded as well from the main hotel, even though you are still right beside it.From the moment we walked in and saw the massive floor to ceiling window, we were amazed! The views we had as the sun went down on a Wintery January evening were brilliant! The wee Studio Apartment felt really cozy as well, and it had an A/C System for your heating and cooling of the roomNoteworthy details: Lakeview Studios have their own dedicated Parking Spaces
