The staff are very efficient and friendly. The burger selection is very good. There are several aspects which have cut my review short of a five star rating: 1) I did not find any customer toilets. Clearly marked customer toilets ought to be provided. 2) The opening hours are rather limited, opening only just before lunchtime and closing rather early in the evening for a restaurant as well as being closed all day Sunday. Breakfast items are actually on the menu so Macdonald's-style opening hours of 7:00am-12:00am seven days a week are perfectly possible for this establishment. 3) Plug sockets were not available at any of the tables, all of which are situated at walls so they can easily be installed; virtually everybody has a mobile telephone these days and being able to charge one at eating and drinking establishments is a major consideration for a user of a mobile telephone or other portable device. 4) The food is of similar price to Shake Dog but of similar standard to Supermac's, which is of a lower standard but cheaper than Shake Dog. I have found restaurants generally to be more expensive in Northern Ireland than elsewhere in the UK or in the Republic of Ireland but given that Enniskillen is near the border with the Republic of Ireland, it is worthwhile for Michael's Diner to take Republic of Ireland restaurant prices into consideration, especially as there is a Macdonald's in Enniskillen which is much cheaper than Michael's Diner. 5) There is an ice cream machine behind the counter with "Milkshakes" clearly outlined on it. However, I was told that none were available when I asked about buying one. Added to this general setback is the fact that the unavailability of milkshakes detracts from the American-style diner attraction of the establishment which would be fully complete with both milkshakes and malts. The diner is a perfect stopping point for drivers, easily found beside the Eurospar on the Omagh Road and using the same car park as this supermarket, adding to the convenience and amenity. The car park is free without a time limit and there is a bottle bank. There is also an ATM between both premises but it charges GBP1.25 per withdrawal so debit card users who wish to purchase from the supermarket are better off getting cashback there. Also, there plenty of free-to-use ATMs in the town centre, where there is a three-hour limit during weekday and Saturday business hours but never any parking charges.

Great food weather your sitting in or taking home, the wait is the only problem but when it's good food you don't mind

We called into Michael's Diner for a carry out fish, curry chip and onion rings.Atmosphere and service were first class.Food was lovely with very generous portions especially the fish.Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.Parking: Lots of parking to the side and rear.
The service for carry out food is a joke ?I waited 45mins for burger and chips ?

Everything was salty, except the chips, which where more bland than McDonald's. Had to hide the disgusting flavour of grease with ketchup and more salt. My burger was dripping with grease filled cheese like a fat woman's armpits. And the portions are abhorrent. You'll pay an arm and a leg for a plate of chips and chicken bites. I'd say go eat in McDonald's over this place.
