Ordered from here tonight for the first time, An unfortunately had to bin my order the dough on pizza was raw an so was the nan bread with kebab the meat was reheated an so hard an stuck to the paper it was literally uneatible

Ordered a kabab with salad and sauce came with no sauce no salad rang up manager was ruid and put the phone down always ordered out off here won't be back plus when u say order is wrong they put the phone down on you

Never again..got kebab xmas eve and chicken tikka really over spiced that it wasn't even edible and if you can even get a cheesy chip right you may aswell forget the rest

Tried Hamads place for the first time this evening.I haven't hada kebab in years but I must say this has to be the best.Quality, Taste and Service all worth five stars..I will definitely be back

Visited for first late last night, mixed Kebab (no doner) was great! The chicken was so tender & moist & above all well tasty! Best mixed chicken kebab I've had in long time!

Never again !! Waited well over an hour, the delivery driver rang for directions an still didn't arrive. When my wife ran, whoever answered the phone apologised an said it would be replaced with new food. It arrived 20mins later, the same damn food that was sent out first.

Food disgusting waited an hour and half on delivery after been told it would be 40 mins. burger that i got had mayo which I am Allergic to food was cold kebab meat was dry as if it had been re-heated delivery man extremely rude phoned to complain and asked to be returned tbey said "No can do" £16 down the drain even the dog wouldn't eat it AVID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Normally spot on but tonite the meat was all small bits and no big long bits cut and not many chips which were cold as well as meat and everything else when arrived and ur munchies box tonite was a big let down pity cause normally warm and loads in it

Walked into the shop, the lady behind the counter didn’t look very hygienic, I thought my mind was playing tricks with me when she lifted a bag of chips and ripped them open with her teeth. I was nearly sick! Officially walked out!

This place really let's glengormley down! We ordered a kebab munchy box which we where looking forward to but when we got it home (we live 2 mins away) it was dry and not very appetising plus they don't do substitutions. The portion size was good but the food wasn't great. When my husband left the place I was shocked to hear that the guy serving was extremely rude to him and when my husband told him to do one he basically laughed. The lady behind the counter could not believe what had happened and had kept apologising over and over. This was our first time ordering from here and we will not be back and if that's the customer service they offer its no wonder its always empty.
