To start of with this order was an absolute disgrace sending pizzas like this to a customer it was thrown together and the wife refused to eat any of it. I myself ate a few bits as I was hungry. I'm very disappointed and I know a 9 year old that makes better steak dinners than Pizzarellas

Very unpleasant staff, don't ask for anything like onion to be added- once pizza is in oven apparently its somehow impossible to quickly remove it and add onion. Wouldn't bother trying it again

Very nasty rude driver, gave alot of abuse over the phone to a resident with autism that had made a mistake on the delivery address even though he left a note with the right address. Terrible way to speak and treat others...

I ordered the family deal and extra items from the menu for a family gathering. As I needed it for lunch time I put in the order the previous evening. They were delivered exactly at the time requested. Everything was hot, tasty and exactly what I ordered. The family thoroughly enjoyed it and I would certainly recommend Pizzarella Glengormley
Ordered a delivery, but due to more than an hour estimated delivery time delay asked to cancel my order. Anyway, I still have been charged for it and haven’t got a refund. Called them about this issue but nobody really cares there ?♂️

If I could give no stars I would .waited over an hour for order .forgot my order .If was busy I would understand but it was not .Staff rude and ignorant and petulant. Would never recomend it to anyone

Regular customer for collection, great tasting pizza but deliver service isn't good enough. Placed an order using the pizzarella app 26/11/21 19:30 order 17104843. Estimated delivery was 45-55 mins. After placing the order the time changed to 80 mins (20:50). Disappointing but understandable on a Friday night. However after 80 mins I called the store to check on my delivery to be told it hadn't been made and would be another 10mins before it left the shop. Called the store again after 120 mins (21:30) told my order had left the shop and was on its way. Order eventually arrived at 21:50 140 mins after order. Food arrived hot and was good. Only criticism is the app need to reflect actual delivery time. Won't be using delivery service again.
