Prices are mental. Went In one day for a regular cappuccino & iced latte , and 2 small tray bakes and it was £14. Lunch alone for the likes of goujons and fries is also a big price. Almost £9. And the portions aren’t great. Not very filling. Haven’t been back since!

Girl at till nit friendly. Thought she was rude. She got our order wrong.Went to get knives and forks for our food. There were no napkins. Two of the knives were dirty. Waited a while for our food. When it came my sausage roll was to have salad I got mixed peppers on a plate and 1x cherry tomato cut in half and some coleslaw. I Wouldn't call that a salad. Very disappointed with the food. Thought it very expensive for what we received. Definitely wouldn't recommend thus place. Very disappointed.

Over priced, partners half pancake was burned, gave wrong order for daughter, bacon was tasteless, sauseroll was dry, nearly £6 for two plain pancakes and small tub of syrup but that meal was nice won't be back

Disappointing service.. I ordered a snack plus coffee and apple pie. Coffee and pie was delivered to my table without a word so I waited for my snack to arrive before starting my coffee and treat. After about 10 minutes I asked a server to check when my order would arrive.. She came back and said sorry, 2 minutes. 5 more minutes and coffee getting cold and still no sign of my order. Appointment looming so requested a refund. Refund arrived but short of cost! No time to argue. If you like weak coffee and poor service this is your spot, otherwise avoid

Called in today and staff were too busy talking to each other to even acknowledge we were there. Only 1 male member of staff actually working. Had to get attention of staff, said to them they looked at us twice but ignored us to which they replied they didn't see us they were talking. Very poor customer service, more concerned with chatting than serving the customers. Needless to say we will not be back

Almost £9+ for two coffees is ridiculous, everything on menu has increased by +30% too!Photo shows sad looking goujons we were served (Not what was ordered), was charged £9 for 3 with some chips. Frequently find what you order isn't what you get. Last few visits the quality of the food has been extremely disappointing. £2 to swap potatoe chips to Sweet potato Fry's on top of the £9 for 3 goujons is ridiculous!!If Bob & Berts want to charge restaurant prices then start serving restaurant quality food.

Terrible customer service. Staff were blunt and unhelpful when ordering food. Then I asked if there was a high chair for my baby, staff member pointed to high chairs and said "there". When i went to get one it was completely dirty so i asked if i could get it cleaned. Staff member said there might be other clean ones near the toilets. Not one single other place we've eaten out has hesitated to bring us a high chair never mind getting our own one that wasn't even clean and not offering to clean it when it was brought to their attention.

We stopped for coffee passing through here. Lovely cafe, quite spacious with plenty of seating. Great menu choices of traybakes and rainbow cakes. Also Paninis and chips. We saw a few plates going out piled high with loaded chips that looked delicious. We got a cortado coffee, mars bar slice and mint slice. Staff were pleasant and helpful, venue was clean and tidy.

Great wee cafe, friendly staff and tasty food. Wish they would fix the door at the market st entrance. There is a massive thud when it closes.With the constant flow of customers it gets very annoying .

I have been here a couple of times already and honestly, the coffee really is very bland. They focus more on the cream and less of the taste of coffee. If they could only read this and try to improve on the coffee it will be the best place to go in Limavady for the caffeine kick.Parking: Spacious parking outside
