Great place! The staff are so friendly and bubbly and we were well looked after from start to finish. Marky Mark and Paula were amazing and great craic! I would 100% reccomend this place.

Very nice food and drinks, good old fashioned decor, but the staff really need to improve on their customer service skills! Not the friendliest and have the habit of leaving you waiting before taking your order and don't even come to check if everything is ok!

Okay so I went out at night to granny Annie's, when there was music going on... I went outside to chat with people, all of a sudden I got hit very hard on the back of my head with an object. After I realised it was a large glass wine bottle. Seemed like someone was drunk and just threw it thinking of it as a joke. Anyway the bouncer was very caring and he took care of me, checked my head for injuries with a torch, I gave my details to the manager and said they will look at CCTV to see what happened that night. I went in the day after the night before, the manager said the cctv wasnt working that some1 was coming down to look at it so had to call back a day later. Came back and was told it wasnt working, i got fed up at this point. Left it there, emailed them about this but no reply . They dont seem to care, I could of had a serious head injury or worse. Nothing was done I'm never setting foot in that place again. Went out 2 enjoy myself. I always loved going there for a drink since it had opened its doors, but went home shaken, my head was sore for 4 days with taking painkillers. They dont care about people at all
I brought my family who were visiting NI here last week and our party of 9 were blown away. The atmosphere was amazing and the Christmas decorations and general decor created a warm buzz while we enjoyed a catch up. Both bar & waiter staff were friendly & really attentive. As for the food it was cooked to perfection, hats off to the gentleman in the kitchen. The majority of us had steaks and chicken which was impressively cooked on the open grill in front of us. We left with warm full bellies and will definitely be back!

Probably the best interior of any bar ive ever been in but thats where positivity ends. Too many young staff with no senior guidance so if ur over 21 you could be standing quite a while! Def think police need to do some ID checks cuz some customers def no where near 18

Only had an occasional pint here but the building itself is more interesting than the staff who run it. It normally takes about 6 minutes for my Guinness to be ready but They had it in front of MeV in 90 seconds...... Most interesting are the restrooms and the stuff around the walls

Ordered peppered burger and chunky chips. Well I thought that chunky chips were suppose to be large chips alas not loads of small hard bits of potato then the burger with lots of fat on the bacon cheese that had not melted because the burger was not even warm. I should have sent it back but I said to my wife that I will let my feet do the talking and never come here again. Went to pay bill girl ask how was my meal told her that she surely had seen that I didn’t eat my meal and that it was terrible, well she just turned and walked away shaking her head, not as much as sorry, well I won’t be back again. On the plus side wife’s meal was ok.
