I would absolutely avoid at all costs, food is standard subway, but it’s the customer service that is truly appalling, I was in on sat 16th dec, and it was a lady with blonde hair serving, she was very unpleasant, to begin with when I asked if I could get a cookie she sighed as if this was a huge issue, then she assumed I was paying by card without asking, once I stated I was paying by cash she sighed again and slammed off the card machine, then when I asked for a bag she proceeded to sigh again and has the most horrible manner! Not once did she say hello or thank you or snything, once I paid she just walked away without speaking. I then proceeded to say could she be a bit more pleasant, she walked off into the kitchen area. Unsure if she heard me but to have my 5 year old view such terrible manners! I’d definitely take custom elsewhere as this seems to be an ongoing issue here!!

Not good at all. I'd probably go as far to say it's the worst eating establishment in Limavady. Which is a shame, as it was quite good maybe 10 years ago at this stage.Now the food is not good, nowhere near as good as it was, but that isn't even the biggest issue. Other people are correct in the staff being apathetic towards hygiene protocols. Not once, but twice in the more recent times I have visited, a member of staff (who was preparing my order) stomach was protruding all over the sandwich. Revolting. Didn't want to say anything at the time, out of politeness, but it happened twice and rest assured those sandwiches went straight into the bin. Waste of food, waste of money. Why is the hygiene authority not doing something about this?And secondly and again, other people are absolutely correct when they say this. The customer service is appalling. It is one person in particular (and if you've come across this person you will know exactly who I am talking about) and she is the rudest, meanest, nastiest individual I have ever come across. Not suitable for ***any*** customer facing role, but get this - I believe she is the MANAGER! Definitely would be gone day one, if I owned the franchise.So yeah, revamping the interior, as they have done in the last year or so is really only throwing money into the wind, if you don't address the root problems - surprised they're still open.

I usually love coming here, but I was appalled by the staff's lack of food hygiene. During the hot weather, two staff members (who looked so uninterested and genuinely couldn't care less) constantly left the glass cover that protected the food open and flies constantly crawled over the meat and sauces. This was when there was no crowd so there shouldn't have been any excuses! The two staff members were hiding in the kitchen, one was scrubbing the same spot of the floor for nearly ten minutes and one was so unaware and never thought to look out to see if there were any customers for at least ten minutes. This whole time the glass cover was left open and several flies crawled over the meat.Pure disgusted about the thought of flies potentially laying eggs and contaminating with the several diseases they carry I won't be back for a long time. The usual staff are genuinely so lovely and care so much for the hygiene of customers but the new staff they're employing are ridiculous and very mundane.

honestly can’t even put in words. i’m traumatised. my friend ordered a basic sandwich as part of the meal deal. Demi then refused to void the order after she was the one that put it wrong. Quite frankly, i was scared for my friends life. Thought the doll was going to jump over the counter and bench slap my friend. Respect the other girl tho who called Demi out in her bs. ?Not to menwtion the price… wont even say it someone might acc drop dead. I near did at the till. Wouldn’t even DARE ask for a paper bag because all you get with that is a death stare from Demi and another 25p drafted from my pocket.

I wasn't offered a bag and she had walked away when I realised she wasn't going to put my large order in a bag. I would sooner drive to Derry before I go into this store again.
Really lovely Subway - been a while since I was last in and the new interior is very clean and well kept. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, taking my order quickly. A very satisfying experience overall.
