Went here at the weekend for a night out. It has been a few years from last time here, live bands was very good and the music out back was even better but the guys ands girls behind the bar have not got any idea how to pour a pint, and even when you get it, it's not nice at all, never mind wiping the beer off the sides of the glass with a dirty dish cloth in front of you.I'm sure there are better places in limavady for a better pint.

Venue was OK - however serious actions required in many aspects: 1. The queue leading to the Buffet is of great concern as diners queue between two rows of tables disturbing diners on either side 2. Also a health and safety issue with waiting staff pushing thru the queue with pots of tea! 3. Staff pushing thru waiting queue of people without apology 4. The buffet staff were very overworked but pleasant 5. When we were eventually served after a full hour we ordered Sweet - 30 mins later we had to excuse a passing waitress who responded by saying "just wait a minute" and walked on 6. When our sweet eventually arrived we had to wait a further 10 minutes for the cutlery!!! 7. The food was of good standard 8. In summary, the Service hatch should be two to three lengths of the current hatch with sufficient staff on duty - this may alleviate the length of queues 9. A one-way system needs to be introduced to prevent health and safety issues 19. Professional training/Refresher training of staff including the female supervisor as the female staff were all over the place and didn't appear to know what to do next!!!!! 20. Carrying of trays of drinks by staff thru tables over the heads of diners was another accident waiting to happen The above are but a few of the many observations to be addressed, This is a lovely venue but the serious issues need addressing before a serious incident occurs

Really delighted we went into the corner bar for lunch. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family and will be back

Fantastic food and our wait staff were amazing, stopping by to make sure everything was as it should be. Everything served in a fast efficient manner with no dramas. Definitely be back again.

Went here today with family, it’s was very busy with a large part arrived for carvery. This didn’t hamper our experience as staff were very attentive, busy and friendly. It had been a while since we have eaten here but food never ever fails. Kids had a carvery they would have needed help to climb but polished it off. I went for the stack burger I think it’s called and it was absolutely amazing. I can’t remember ever tasting a burger like it and highly recommend. Very reasonably priced, comfortable seating and not packed in. Limavady is luck to have it.
Food was tasty, so was the Guinness. Decent prices.

Booked for a large family group of 16. On arriving we were sat upstairs at different tables. Eventually got a long table downstairs. Booked for 3pm order taken at 4.15pm. One of the party had to leave as had other plans at 5pm so left without having food. Drinks order took forever and this pattern continued throughout. 3 of our group took the Brunch offer which included 3 cocktails. The bar maid couldn't even keep a count of these. The child's dinner came on a hot plate so I asked for a cold plate and you would think I had asked for them.to walk on hot coals to get it. The attitude of the 2 servers( young girls 1 blue hair and 1 with ginger hair) was appalling. I asked to speak to manager who apologised but it wasn't genuine. Can I just add the food was second to none. Delicious. We made our way to the bar where we got seated together only to be told the table was required at 8pm for a party. They gave us 5 minutes notice and had no other tables to reseat us. I've NEVER experienced such service. The attitude of the 2 aforementioned staff was abysmal. The other staff were fine. Fantastic food but young inexperienced untrained staff ruined the whole experience.

Went to this establishment this evening for birthday dinner. On entering the decor was very inviting and friendly staff. The place was brisk but not packed. Observed a few friends, all in before us and waiting patiently. To the menu: I ordered the smash burger which is NOT a smash burger. There is a paragraph describing this process which you feel could have been narrated by the women off of the M&S advert, how they take a ball of pure Aberdeen Angus mince and smash to perfection blah blah blah. Hopes were high but expectations were smashed when it arrived, turns out it just a frozen burger. Kids dinner arrived with starter then adults didn’t arrive for an age but I think we were the lucky ones, we were leaving and our friends were only being served. To be fair it’s 30% off and staff were friendly and seem to be working hard
