Really enjoyed our meal here, the steak was amazing. Not the biggest choice if you are just popping in as I think you have to pre-order if you want something different. The staff were all really friendly and swapped my sauce for me for something I liked. Sides were good and house wine was excellent. Would definitely come back.

Save your money and treat yourself to a McDonalds. I have worked in the customer service industry for over 25 years and i have never been treated so rudely by a so called manager as to now. The older women that stand's at the till has zero customer service skills for a so called manager (maybe even the owner). We ordered the gourmet burger as part of our meal and when the staff came over and asked if everything was ok with our meal we told them that the burger was burnt on the bottom and inedible,We were asked if we wanted it "sorted" and turned it down as we believe if a burger/steak restaurant can't cook a burger right the 1st time it's not worth trying a 2nd time. The server was very polite and said "i will sort something for you with the manager". When we were leaving and paying the Bill the so called manager was told that the burger we had ordered was over cooked and not satisfactory and upon hearing the criticism blamed us for not agreeing to take a replacement and charged us full price for the meal and drinks. I have ate in many restaurant's all over the world and on the rare occasion i have had a complaint the staff try their utmost to rectify the situation but NOT here. I have been to this restaurant many times and the last 3 times the service has been exceptionally slow and unsatisfactory and the food average at best. This will be my last time at Del Toro as i operate a 3 strike rule and Del Toro is now definitely OUT.

My partner and I went to Del Toro and shared the magnificent 7, it was absolutely amazing from the steak right down to the garlic bread. Not a single thing was left on the platter then I had the cheesecake and my partner had the pecan pie and both were delicious. We give this place 10/10 and will definitely be back again. You have to check this place out and you won't be disappointed. Staff were lovely and very pleasant.

We went as a celebration for my daughters gcse results, the staff where totally amazing, very hopeful and friendly, the food was excellent as was the dessert, all round fantastic time in del toro we will 100% be back

Went to Del Toro on Sunday for lunch. Kids eat free before 3pm. We hadn't booked & it was extremely busy but they got us a table. Waiting staff were very busy but the service was great as usual and the food was amazing. Wait on food was a bit longer than normal as they were busy but definately worth the wait. Be back soon guys!!!

We experienced the worst service ever ?. We decided to have a day trip to Belfast, decided to have our lunch in Lisburn. We had the best meal last time we visited in streetwise but for a change we picked Del Toro. To start with my children asked for crayons and the waiter was so quick to say we don't have crayons yet we could see on other tables there were some crayons. Secondly we were in the restaurant at 2:10. Didn't get our order until 3:03 nearly an hour waiting for our order, and of course the food came served with chunky chips which were nearly wedges rather than chips with no taste whatsoever. I ordered beef and chicken sizzlers / wrap. The sizzlers were dancing in the meat juices with zero taste, the beef was like a rubber or leather from old boots hard to chew. It was more like beef and chicken stew. My kids were restless of course after the long waiting and the waiter had to shout that we are not insured if anything happens to your kids. That of course we know but it was better if it had been said in a nice polite way rather than shouting. The waiter never bothered to ask us if we were okay. On our way out I told the waiter that we were not happy with our order and to my surprise she just said that the dish was popular so it was not just your taste. It made our whole day trip miserable. Never again will I step my foot in there.

Absolutely brilliant food, you don’t have to go to Texas for a good brisket, on our doorstep in Lisburn. The staff was very efficient and kind. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will be back!

Visited this restaurant with some Business colleagues. After being seated we waited 30 minutes before being given the opportunity to order food & drinks. Having waited a further 15 minutes we were served our starters, which were OK. When our main course arrived one meal was not what had been ordered, apparently 'the waitress had not taken the order down correctly' When told what had been ordered, we were told it would be 15-20 minutes for that food to be served, which would have meant that member of our party eating when the rest of us had finished! The member decided to take the incorrect meal - no apology, or anything was offered. When we ordered tea to finish, it arrived and it took us a while to get waiting staff attention to ask for milk - the staff member scoured the table and said 'I thought you had milk, the girl who makes the tea does not take milk in her culture, so he forgets to include it' This was my first and last time visiting this restaurant, and am very disappointed as it had been recommended by a friend. Customer service, friendliness of staff leaves a lot to be desired, and staff who can't get orders right makes the experience very negative.

I was there for father's day last week, it was very busy so there was a bit of a delay, which surprisingly I was informed by the waitress that that table of there had been waiting for over an hour! The starter arrived and my brie was like warm but ok. We ordered 6 comes, 2 each and the main arrived and was very nice. It was a set menu and we took 2 from 3, my surprise however was upon paying. Whilst the meal was a little expensive for what it was but I was aware of that, my 6 cokes drinks bill was £33!!!!! Now I know these places have to add a bit for service , but I seen the multi packs being poured from Tesco which were 7.50 for tins that week, I thought this was exceedingly expensive and tbh a complete RIP OFF, needless to say as a result I won't be back, I've kept the receipt and been showing it to many family and friends... All in shock! Get the tap water or booze would.be cheaper!
