Arrived early for appointment so sat in here a bit sandwich was lovely but the girls in the place were amazing, down to earth an gave the place a nice atmosphere.

My friend and I called in to Cafe Bilco's today for coffee and traybakes. The staff were very welcoming and our coffees and caramel tarts were delicious. We are looking forward to trying their varied lunch menu when we next return. I believe Bilco's do a special Saturday lunch offer where kids eat free which would be a lovely family treat.I must say that this business goes above and beyond to look after their customers - I left my phone behind on the table and didn't realise my mistake until long after the business had closed.Thanks to help from a friend, the owner was contacted and very kindly delivered the phone personally. I cannot thank you enough for being so thoughtful.Lisburn folk, this a gem of a cafe in Enterprise Cres, just off the Ballinderry Rd with delicious, inexpensive food and wonderful staff. What's not to like? ??
For my taste I found the food to look good but lacking in substance. Friendly staff but lengthy wait on food sadly.

Renamed and a new owner I believe. Great tasting food and really friendly staff. Competitively priced and they accept cash and card. I have the French toast, bacon and maple syrup. I enjoyed it.Update to this review.Just had lunch today. Turkey and ham sandwich with sweat potato chips. Really good. Filling and tasty. Staff are really exceptional. So friendly. I wish I could keep this place a secret. Well done to everyone special thanks to Julie.
