I ordered several drinks. The coffees were automatically made with their new Brazilian blend to upsell and I wasn’t even asked which blend I wanted so I figured they were using the original one. The Brazilian blend tastes burnt and vile. I wasted my money. Other branches will at least ask you which you want and not upsell to make money. I’m very disappointed to say the least.

I've been going on and off to this place for several years, and it fits well within its location and with seating both up and downstairs. Nice when there aren't too many students.

Good place for a decent coffee. Pleasant staff but a little pricy for snacks. Has wheelchair friendly access but space is tight and at a premium if wanting a table so weather permitting outside would be a better option.

Normally when I ask for a large cappuccino it ends up hot milk with coffee. At Nero's it's a delightful cup of happiness as the foam is still there till the very last drop
