Bar staff crabbit , only one stood way above the rest was Katie who was fantastic every tine I went to the bar nothing was a bother to her the other two were quite rude and didn’t want to be bothered , the bar was busy but no need for ignorance when working with the public. Fantastic job Katie !!!!❤️

Hidden gem in Lisburn; fab staff and great service in a lovely wee bar. Always been able to get a seat, even on busy evenings. Great drinks promos but my drink of choice is their Prosecco ???

We stayed in the pretty little Pear Tree cottage. So cute and everything you need for a self catering stay for two. We loved the whole setting easy parking and tranquil country walks. Pauline is a gem and takes such pride in her beautiful home. She made sure we had everything we needed. The price is very reasonable and we found booking direct very straightforward. Agencies can make the experience more complicated these days! We hope to be back soon.

we became husband and wife July 2022. we viewed Brookhall a year previously to our wedding and it was the first and only venue we looked at as we both fell in love. Nothing was a problem to Rosemary and Pauline they definitely go the extra mile for there guests. 8 months on a our family and friends still talk about our wedding and the venue The Barn The Chapel Cottages and the area around is just amazing and what we wanted for our wedding. Stress free relaxed from booking right the we checked out. Totally amazing wish we could do it all over again

I used Brookhall as a business venue, the facilities were very good and support from the staff was excellent. The parking onsite was very useful for all attending and location very easily accessed for delegates.

Nice little bar but toilets not suitably located. Two or three flights of stairs not ideal after back surgery.

We stayed for 2 nights in Pear Tree cottage and enjoyed the stay apart from the WiFi was rubbish and the bed linen provided for the sofa bed was a duvet with no cover and pillows with no cases. And no sheets for the mattress. The sofa bed itself had seen better days and was a bit rickety. Our daughter who was using it didn't mind that so much for a short stay. Before we left we made sure the place was as we found it, emptied bins, cleaned up etc. After a few weeks and no sign of the deposit I wrote to enquire why and heard nothing. I then rang and the person I spoke to accused us of breaking the sofa bed and due to the cost of the repairs the £100 deposit would not be refunded. She also complained that there were too many of us in the cottage even though this was known when we booked. We even paid £20 to have our dog stay as well. I was shocked to say the least. The sofa bed was clearly a piece of crap and if it was damaged it certainly was not known by us or intentional. The fact we were never contacted afterwards to tell us our deposit was not being returned and why was shocking customer service. So like I say make sure you take photos and have the place checked and get your money back before you leave. Or you may never see that money again. We won't. Lovely place to stay otherwise.
