Staff here seem ridiculously overworked, I call into the shop next door regularly and am constantly seeing the same people working…Called in around 1:30am once after a night out and nipped to the shop the next morning after 10am to see the same fella from the night before working????? Is that not illegal to have staff work so late and be working again the next morning???? Don’t get me wrong the job they do is fantastic but seriously give your staff a break before they end up run down and making mistakes

Ordered via Just Eat. Didn't arrive. They didn't answer the phone despite our trying several times. When we asked for a refund, they apologised for the late delivery (it didn't even arrive!) and refused to refund. Just Eat sorted though, but I'd avoid this place at all costs.

Received our order half an hour passed when it stated it was delivered. Pizza and curly fries were cold. Pizza crust was hard, seemed stale is the only way I could explain it. The cheesy garlic baguette was warm as it was wrapped in tin foil. I requested for some sort of spice on the curly fries which we got and was actually really nice. Pizza and curly fries had to be microwaved and it just wasn't the same. Not happy as we had frozen pizzas in the freezer which would have been nicer and would have saved us just under £30. We would be hesitant from ordering from here again. We have gotten from here a long time ago now and also had a different issue.

Maybe caught them at a bad time. It was when the internet went down, seemingly along the whole row as the ricebox next door had the same issue. They were running round like headless chickens.We'd ordered over the phone, but unfortunately they put on a tomato sauce base and not BBQ sauce base as requested.The food was lovely though.

Shocking service. I ordered online and arrived to pick up my order. Two men behind the counter having a conversation, one turned to look at me, then continued his conversation which included loud swearing. Just glad I left the children in the car! Eventually someone decided I was worth speaking to and I was able to give my details to pick up my order.
