I love Greg’s food and go there often. Today I had to wait 13 minutes with only 2 people in front of me because the guy serving was working at a very slow paste. I nearly missed by bus because of it. Usually very good

Nice vegan sausage roll. Hot and good coffee... Pleasant staff. Reasonable . Only problem is I always find it unclean in the sitting area. The floor,tables if kept clean I would visit more often ..... Regular flow of people so the two staff members busy . Just needs a regular clean

My 2nd time in a Greggs and 1st time in this one. I know it was a Sunday afternoon, but I think they could have brushed up a bit as there was food everywhere on the floor. The 2 guys behind the counter could pay more attention to customers instead of talking. A woman could have got her her stuff for free as he forgot she hadn't paid till she offered to pay. I ask for an americano and a cheese toasty. I had to ask for the coffee I had paid for. As he hadn't even made it by the time I got my toasted sandwich and he looked at me like he had no idea what I was asking for. So I asked again for the americano I had ordered with my food. Think if the two guys stopped talking about whatever was distracting them from the job in hand, it would help and even a female member of staff. On concentrate on your job and not on what you are talking about. Food ok and coffee would get someone by, but I'm not sure I'll be back in Greggs in a hurry.

One of the worst places..no sorry... the WORST place in Lisburn to order anything off. Never has what you order. Never answer the phone and when they do, nothing but disgusting attitude. Don't waste your time or money on this dying franchise.

Then when i finally got SASAGE roll, it was soggy enough to defrost my testicle again. DON'T even get me started on the employees. One of them rolled their eyes at me and had all the personality of an old, dry sponge. Will not be making an appearance ever again!!!
