I'd recommend avoiding if you have a baby/toddler. The under 3 area isn't monitored so older children were leaping around in it. Parents should be watching but they aren't. Our 11 month old was very, very close to being flattened by an older children jumping from a height. We were right beside him so thankfully grabbed him or he could have been badly hurt.

Favourite soft play by far. Really clean every time I have been. Staff are so friendly. Food is beautiful and very reasonably priced. My child loves it and never wants to leave. I really enjoy how the layout of the soft play is with the seating all on one side and play area on the other it’s easy to keep an eye on wee ones while enjoying a beautiful caramel latte

The staff is absolutely amazing and welcoming. The soft play itself isn't huge but at least doesn't give you a headache, it's relatively quiet. Of maybe we got lucky and it wasn't very busy on a Wednesday afternoon.

Grand daughter enjoyed the experience.

Absolutely great place for everyone, kids, parents, could be doing with being a bit bigger in the play area but apart from from that the staff area super nice and the food is gorgeous and well worth getting. Can’t fault this place. Hate to make a comparison but Happy Days gets a 9 out of 10 all round rating whereas jumping jack is a 2 ?Parking: Free parking lot, loads of spaces

Great soft play for toddlers! Before 12 you get toast & juice included in entry midweek! Always greated with friendly staff, clean & tidy too! Best coffee & food at a soft play in Lisburn. We only go to happy days ?

Been to Happy Days a few times but won’t be back after this morning. Waited at reception for 10-15 mins before a member of staff acknowledged anyone was waiting. Lady in front of us paid for her two kids and entered. Lady behind us queue jumped and paid separately for her 3 kids. Man at reception then told us it was full and we would have a half hour wait. Advised we were here before the woman behind us who he’d knowingly let through but he shrugged his shoulders and said they were friends with the others. Extremely rude, unprofessional and not a way to run a business. Went to Jumping Jacks instead and had a great time. Greeted promptly by a lovely friendly man at reception. Kids had a blast!
