Tried here for the first time as our local shut at 7pm . Collected food and came home to find our cheesy chip didn’t have much cheese on it and our full fish we ordered was more like 2 large fish fingers and a smaller one … called the shop back up to try and resolve explained my thoughts on the food the girl told me that’s just the way it is .. so then phoned Back up and spoke to the manager to be told I’m the first complaint he has ever had and basically I’m wrong and he has been in business 42 years so he knows what he is doing ! Meanwhile my wife is using our grated cheese to put on the cheesy chip and I’m about to eat one of the fish finger style fish’s that was our full cod… I’m not one for complaining and never have but this was a poor experience unfortunately for a local business that I whole heartedly normally support .. won’t be back and will not recommend unfortunately because of this ..

It’s take out only but consistent tasty fish n chips for under a 10er all items I’ve tried eg chicken goudons excellent, pulled pork wrap ??, fab customer service Vegetarian options: Veggie burger good enough.Kid-friendliness: £10 share box can easily feed 3 or more toddlers with cod bites and chicken goudons, onion rings 2 big sausages, chips
