Too busy. I ordered on the app and went in to collect my order. I had to wait 45mins ! The manager said they were overwhelmed by the amount of orders! Definitely not fast food! Chips were cold too.

Missing food from orders the last few times we have visited. Orders not right for food we did get (things not added or removed from items as requested and on the labels of food in bag (eg pickles when there shouldn't be- no added cheese on burgers when it's been paid for). Disappointing. Coffees/hot drinks are always cold. And the chips are never salted/containers half filled.You don't get what you pay for and McDonald's has gotten expensive
