Everything was good but it was very cold

We were there as a group of 14. Although we were on the first floor and some of us had walking difficulties, it was not difficult to access our tables. We had one young waitress most of the night (although there were two others who helped as well), and she looked after us really well. There was so much food that some of us had to ask for doggy bags, which helped the situation. Highly recommend Pizzarellys for quality of food, service, and ambience.Vegetarian options: The chef discussed with the vegetarian member of the party well beforehand her needs and produced a meal that she could eat without worry.

28 of us booked in here on Saturday for a Baby Shower. Not one person complained about their meal. Very enjoyable and the staff were very accommodating! Thank You all !

The food and service is usually very good. However, when ordering take out we encountered a rude man. The pizza order was wrong (due to fair misunderstanding) however when called back made no effort to fix it This is very disappointing seeing as we have ordered several times and are frequent visitors. Such a shame to be treated so poorly as we are regulars.

Food excellent. Service whilst definitely not unpleasant could have been better. When we arrived there was no one to seat us. After waiting a few moments we noticed a sign upstairs which read 'wait here to be seated' or something to that affect. We went up stairs and waited 3-5 mins during which time a member of staff walked passed us. Upon their return they pointed us back downstairs. Again, once seated, staff member was attentive but overall service could be improved slightly.

This is a local restaurant here in Lisburn that we have dined in for about 40 years from our sons were young. We are still enjoying great food here in what is still a very popular restaurant. Apart from great food and service, you can bring your own alcohol which is now rare! Well worth a visit but book first as its always busy....And bring your own bottle !!!Parking: Free street parking outside restaurant after 6.00pm and free all day Sunday..Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor access only

Always plenty on your plate and the food is very good for the price. The take away menu is a must!

Food is OK but could be so much better. Pizza had minimum amount of tomato sauce and lacked depth of flavour , no garlic or basil. We also had the burger, it was over cooked and a bit dry. Its disappointing not to turn out such straight forward uncomplicated food to a higher standard

Excellent food at a great price. Bring your own wine. I have been several times and have never been disappointed.
