Where do I start. The older lady serving at the top taking money was dry, unhelpful and kinda rude. The tea was like water and they only give you enough milk for 1 cup so you have to go back for more. The staff preparing the food must have had no training in people skills. Won’t be coming back, btw the over priced food def does not reflect the quality or quantity !

So handy to stroll into if peckish when shopping in Bow Street Mall. After ordering, food is brought to one's table which is a nice touch. Service is swift, seating comfortable, atmosphere pleasant and relaxed. One small criticism, the sausage rolls are never hot enough. But then for some uncanny reason, this seems to be a singular problem common to most restaurants and cafes!

This has to be one of the filthiest cafes I’ve been in. Bench seating covered in food, floor black in parts with grime, crumbs lying on the floor, table pedestals dirty, spoon was rancid on the back, cutlery all stained so had to pour tea out over a spoon and wipe it clean and mop up the spilt tea and teapot all stained that a good soap and water would have sorted. Decided to just get a tea than eat anything as I was waiting for the shops to open. Staff with long hair have it tied back but not covered - maybe you don’t need to? - but they did have blue gloves on handling food. £1.95 for a pot of tea (which is 2+ cups), traybakes £2.30, 5 piece breakfast £5.95. Bewley’s want to take a look at how their name ie being used. Some woman sitting here listening to her tablet on loudspeaker - did she never hear of headphones? Can’t see a scores on the doors rating but it must be low if the customer facing area is as grubby. Friendly male member of staff.

The owners are just so friendly and have always a smile and a positive attitude towards everyone

Putting 1 egg and 1 sausage and calling it a ‘filler’ soda should be illegal

Absolutely beautiful wrap with really great staff. I usually go up to KFC which is away now and glad that I did healthier food and more pleasant staff.

Went into T2 on a Sunday afternoon for a tea break. The staff were attentive and the tea was lovely and hot. We decided to have a scone each cherry and raspberry and white chocolate, the scones were lovely and fresh and large so we were able to split them and share them. The cafe was pretty busy which was a good sign and the staff were always busy serving customers cleaning or preparing food.A lovely cafe highly recommended and if I'm in now Street mall Lisburn again I will definitely visit T2.

I love the look of the place but honestly it's very deceiving. The food is not worth the prices. Had a toasted panini and bought my daughter a tray bake and juice which cost me over 10 pound. Mine was just full of onion and not much else flavour wise and you know it's not great when a toddler turns down a chocolate tray bake. Definitely won't be back

Staff wrapped up in their own agendas. Didn’t seem to notice customers standing waiting for service. Pizza could be lovely if not heated in a microwave!! Traybakes seemed fine.
This the third time I have had something to each at this cafe. I have yet to be disappointed , great selection of food, no matter what time of day. The staff are friendly and willing to ensure your stay is enjoyable. No problem recommending this cafe. Will definitely return.
