Went for lunch with super high expectations after reading lots of reviews, and the food absolutely didn’t disappoint. Excellent menu, great presentation and clearly made with lots of delicious local ingredients. The only slight negative about our experience was that the service was a little lacking. The staff servicing us were lovely, but lots of little details means it didn’t quite add up to the experience we were hoping for. Will still be back for sure, but hopefully next time the overall experience will match the amazing food.

Been living in Ireland now 6 years, of all the restaurants we’ve been to - from Dingle to Belfast, from Galway to Dublin - this was hands down the best foodie experience we’ve had so far.Tasting menu of 8 courses with paired wines was just superb! ????

We dined as a couple for a special Anniversary treat on 23rd Nov. We'd been meaning to try out Artis for quite a while and heard great reports. We were not disappointed! We opted for the 7 Course Tasting Menu and booked this in advance online.Upon arrival we were greeted by a very welcoming, very well presented young lady called Emilie. She introduced herself as our server for the evening which we thought was a lovely personal touch. We were shown our table and everything was explained to us very well. The setting, decor and furnishings are perfect. Such a lovely environment. We immediately felt this was going to be a special experience. As the courses arrived we both smiled from ear to ear. Absolutely beautiful presentation & attention to detail. Everything tasted fabulous. Clearly an extremely passionate Chef and a team that care tremendously about what leaves their kitchen. My pictures should do the talking. On our next visit I imagine we'll pair in the Wine Tasting as the couple beside us opted for this and it seemed to enhance their experience even further with every wine explained in detail as it's poured to match each course. We can't wait to go back. And Emilie definitely deserves massive praise on her customer service and professionalism throughout, it really didn't go unnoticed. Obviously well trained - she's a credit to the place.Thank you!!

Food average, different menu from online, which was disappointing. Service extremely slowing some courses taking over an hour to arrive, no apology or explanation. Could clearly see the frustration in multiple other patrons in the restaurant. Contacted email to have this addressed, but there was no response, so I'm taking it here.

Dining at this establishment was like voluntarily subjecting myself to a culinary boot camp led by a chef with a penchant for turning premium ingredients into chewy disappointments. The chicken, apparently on a quest for eternal moisture, reached a level of rubberiness that rivaled a premium car tyre brand. Desserts, presumably crafted by a pastry chef with a taste aversion, left me questioning whether I had stumbled into a culinary experiment gone horribly wrong. Perhaps a plea for mercy would be more appropriate than dessert at this point. As for the service, the staff's enthusiasm for neglecting customers was truly awe-inspiring. Apparently, coat-checking and water-refilling are reserved for elite members of the "I'm willing to endure subpar dining for a hefty bill" club. While a Michelin star might be the dream, the reality is a black hole of flavor and hospitality. The only star they're receiving is the one I'm begrudgingly bestowing upon them—one out of five, and that's being generous.

Really top class food. Tasting menu was superb. Attention to detail and range of skills up there with the best. Worth travelling for!
This is my first time eating here and it definitely won't be my last. The food was beautifully presented and tasted even better. The staff are so welcoming and I loved the little extras they brought out while waiting on our food. This is a gem of a restaurant

I’d booked our meal as part of a birthday surprise. We’d an absolutely fantastic experience. From arriving to leaving all the staff were brilliant, nothing was a bother. The menu has fantastic choices. As each course is brought to you the member of staff explains in detail what it is. We were only able for two courses. The flavours are out of this world. Thanks for a truly amazing experience
