Absolutely exceptional experience! The food was outstanding, service was top-notch, and the ambiance was truly special. A must-visit restaurant that exceeds expectations in every way. Highly recommended!

A great wee restaurant in Derry City centre, located in the Craft Village.

Decor/atmosphere very nice, service really good and attentive (other than opening the wine bottle before checking it was the right one-
it wasn’t). Wine list is pretty limited (no red or white burgundy?) and at the upper end: punchy mark ups for the bottles: looking at an £80 mark up from bottle shop prices for the chateau Musar- which is London prices without the london staff/rates/rent costs.
Food a little patchy: amuse buche lovely, rump steak very good and perfectly cooked but the croquette was a bit sloppy, the mash not enough salt or butter, the fried onion humus- tasted of store bought fairly grainy humus topped with supermarket fried onion sprinkles. The Jaffa cake dessert was the star: great citrus hit from the calamansi cutting through the chocolate/hazelnut ganache. No expresso machine for a post dinner Coffee. Overall it is aiming for a fine dining experience but other than the price which is squarely in fine dining territory misses the mark for food quality/consistency.
Probably a 3.5 ⭐️.

Everything was delightful from the amazing snacks through to dessert. Enjoyed the lunch set menu and will definitely be returning soon. Havnt has food or service this good is a long time .

Artis is the most beautiful restaurant in our city. With very professional and friendly staff. Serena front of house is extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming. Cara our server was very friendly & extremely professional. Loved my experience.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A VISIT ?

Ate here on Saturday night, when the jazz festival was on. The entire night from start to finish was absolute perfection. The atmosphere, the staff, the food, the service. Everything was absolutely perfect. 10/10. A real treat and will be back. Stunning place, with stunning food.

We went a few months ago - I meant to review sooner! It was amazing! I was actually hoping to go back tonight! The food was amazing- really delicious menu with attention to detail. The staff were so friendly. It was for my 40th birthday and they really made me feel special! I can’t wait to go visit again - I live 2 hours away but it’s well worth the journey!

Had dinner today, Mother’s Day and my first visit to artis. Absolutely amazing, food was something special and the staff wonderful. I cannot wait to visit again. Also cannot wait to tell everybody how beautiful and special this place is. A massive thank you to you all ?

A gastronomic delight in a beautifully decorated restaurant with the perfect ambience.

Had an absolutely amazing meal here last night with my sister and 2 nephews. As a coeliac who is also allergic to shellfish l usually am limited in choices compared to my "normal" friends but definitely not the case at Artis. Started with a complimentary Amuse Bouche from the chef who had specially prepared 2 little portions for me as the others had bread options. Starters were absolutely delicious and most could be adapted for me. Main course l chose the chicken dish - flavours were outstanding. Couldn't manage a dessert but chef offered me 2 choices. I usually feel short changed compared to my friends when eating out but l felt absolutely special here last night. Staff were amazing and described each dish when they served it. Would definitely recommend Artis for a special meal out ! 5 ⭐

Absolutely wonderful birthday meal - we went here for a special occasion and it did not disappoint. The December set menu was lovely, with prompt friendly service and incredible flavours delivered at every course. The brioche tear and share, Chateaubriand beef and Guinness tart were delicious! We would heartily recommend for a special treat.

Its unbelievable that we have this high a quality of food in our tiny City. We had the 7 course tasting menu… every course was top class.
Service was great and the restaurant was lovely.
