Bit quiet on a Tuesday night but the place was beautiful and cosy and certainly peaceful and they have their own beer called Rough as a Badger's which was super nice. Great for a casual one post work. Lots of space for activities. They were showing Scotland losing to England on the telly which was a reasonably bad vibe. Won't hold that against them though.

Having a day in Derry doing the tourist bit and finished it of with food and drinks in Badgers. As the weather had been surprisingly good for Norn Ireland we had enjoyed walking round the town. We called in had a drink each and nibbled on a selection of their starters and they were delicious. Great wee pub.Dietary restrictions: I'm Coeliac and found the menu well mark out.

Visited on a busy Saturday afternoon. Staff told us there was going to be a wait for a table but we could get a drink and wait in beer garden. Wait was about half the estimated time and the attentive staff came and got us from the beer garden when our table was ready. Food was delicious and very filling. Would definitely go again when visiting Derry!

Poor food and service quickly heated food we think. MICROWAVE I'd say packed out uncomfortable seats and slap dash service
Meal was not very nice. Cubed potatoes hard, fish greasy & tasteless, unable to eat. Waitress did nothing when I told her just happy to take the money. Will not be returning
