I have ordered from here a few times , I had an issue with my order (cold and missing items) I rang up and was told it would be replaced (it wasn’t) I rang back 24 different time throughout the last 2 weeks and was met by the driver only willing to speak to me and the (“manager , didn’t want to”). very shocking customer service that a driver dealt with this issue when the manager was there and he didn’t want to speak to me when it was an issue on their end. It was a £35 order , shocking food , shocking staff. Worst place in Derry. I wish I could give less than one star.

Fish was greasy and soggy but edible the chips were okay peas well that would be better if they actually put them in the tub. They don’t listen to the order notes when you order from Just Eat, but the delivery was fine and very quick.

Got food from here just now paid 8£ for a burger and 12 chips if we were lucky and it was ment to be a meal and got a hotdog that was threw together very disappointing as we have been ordering here a few times but this will definitely be the last now.

Cannot do a kebab with salad separate, ? and to top it off asked for a half and half pizza, we can't do that..... what, to say the least the food was over priced and dissappiointing. Not a good customer experience at all.
