The 2 very inattentive girl waitresses did not seem to have much desire to work, the table where I sat for half an hour was full and dirty from previous customers and it was not because they were crowded. The boy at the counter was very attentive.

Called in today @ 1pm . Most of tables had dirty dishes on them. One member of staff on duty. She was brilliant doing her best on her own. Had a long wait but coffee was lovely. Queue built up ...she ran out of saucers and milk!!! She kept apologizing but obviously it was not her fault ..no other staff turned up. Alot of people left fed up waiting. She was scared to close incase she got sacked ? really bad management.

Called in during a short visit to the city and as a regular at other branches I was really disappointed at the lack of food available but we continued on and selected food to then be told at the till that there was no tea available! I honestly thought I was hearing things! But no, the staff offered me a coffee as they ran out of tea a couple of days ago! Shocking! Only we had our food ordered, we would have went elsewhere! I am a tea drinker and had to have a cold drink with my breakfast croissant. Very disappointing!

Dropped in after 5.30. The lady behind the counter was absolutely wonderful and went out of her way to accommodate my granddaughter who is severely lactose intolerance.

I like Cafe Nero, it's all down to what Neros you go into, the food is always the same, but the atmosphere makes up for that.
