I love Cafe Nero and get it at least once a week in Bangor Co Down, we stopped in this one on the way home from holiday, 20mins wait, dirty toilets, and the worlds slowest service and they don’t know how to use both their app and the three+ rewards app in one transaction.

Had a very nice cup of tea tonight. We sat outside and watched the world go by. True, it's surrounded by a parking lot, but the people were nice and the tea was warm. Happy days

It’s open until 9pm but the toasties and & everything in that chilled cabinet (toasties, panini, soup, soft drinks, yogurts etc) was unavailable from 19:35 last night as the member of staff pulled the shutter down on it at 19:35. One of us was going up for a toastie and drink and she pulled the shutter down on it even though the place open til 9pm. Poor service. Saw a few in the queue turn on their heels and leave as they wanted things from the cabinet. Maybe that’s what the staff wanted

Shocking very dirty tables chipped milk jug floor and furniture dirty. Toilets smell of stale urine. Coffee cold and extra strong. Tables not cleared prices extortionate. Will never be back!!!

The girls serving, utterly miserable. No smiles, no welcome, only take away cups! The place is ‘dirty’, tables not cleaned! I had to ask!! Barista no! ‘ The best espresso this side of Milan’, absolutely not. In face it’s awful. Coffee machine clearly not looked after! Thank goodness for the increasing number of specialist artisanal coffee producers!! The decor in here is potentially nice - it’s understaffed and therefore unkempt!

Very grubby dining area very tired tables and chairs. My coffee and fruit cookie was delicious. The disabled toilet was the only one working. Long queue.Not clean. The cafe needs a good update or deep clean.

I've been in a number occassions now and yous are offering a range of Christmas hot chocolate but yet yous never have any coco powder! If yous can't keep up with supply of demand then don't offer it on the menu!

This place has gone downhill massively, coffee used to be really enjoyable it’s substandard at best now and some staff are rude.

3 members of staff, only 1 trainee batista serving. Took 10mins before I was served. Only 1 lady in front getting food and festive drinks which took ages to make. Queue of 8 people behind me by the time I got served, the guy next to me was also getting really annoyed as one of the servers was only clearing tables and asked the other girl if she wanted to go on a break.. seriously 8 customers and only 1 trainee server.. easily seeing this is a franchise and not a personally run business. Thankfully coffee was good though
