Chain nasty food, no taste like chewing rubber we would certainly not recommend to anyone.Seems cheap but it's actually well overpriced for the quality of food.Chicken and burgers frozen and reheated you could almost bounce them off the table. That would be the best thing for the food at least you wouldn't need to eat it then.Sides are like cardboard, coleslaw you have never seen anything like it no mayo just watered down cabbage and carrots completely inedible. Please don't waste your money and go somewhere local and a small run business instead.

Always good service, great food and a relaxed atmosphere. Love taking my parents here for a meal. All very reasonably priced and my Mum usually gets to spend a voucher for there, not sure where she gets them.Kid-friendliness: Kids are most welcome. I've yet to see any staff tire of the young people.

While it isn't fine dining, it is good.It serves well for a cheap bite to eat to avoid cooking and cleaning dishes, and has a good selection of drinks to wash it down.

The manager at the restaurant make us feel unwelcome we tried twice for dinner and she didn't have us options to resolve the problem, also she was really rude to my wife and at breakfast time she gave us the further table when the place was empty!!!

Went for Sunday lunch, no Sunday lunch available, although advertising as available, food we ordered took hour an half and was just disgusting, staff not approachable, surprised at how expensive it was.

Awful chicken tikka, two for one deal cold watery sauce ,few small pieces of insipid bland chicken.cold clumpy rice and stale nan bread. Rest of group left meals half eaten.they put up prices and cut quality to shreds. It was empty but chef served cold ,bland, cheap awful plates of food .a cheap ready meal is the standard of food they serve .Had better in microwave for £1

First time hear in a couple of years and it has gone way downhill. Called just before 12 and was told it would 5/10 minutes to get seated (there was nobody there at all, literally nobody). Ordered two soft drinks and one glass had lipstick on it. I asked for a new glass and you would have thought I asked the girl to do 100 push ups. We got seated and orders at 12.30 then food came at 13.10 - chips were cold, meat was EXTREMELY fatty and chicken was stale and cold also. Went to use the restroom before leaving and there was literal human excrement on the floor...

4 of us came here for dinner during an overnight stay in Derry because it was too wet to walk round the city looking for a restaurant. My wife had the fish pie which was excellent and I had a great burger with chips and a portion of chili on the side. Both of these were excellent as were the meals enjoyed by the other 2 people. The drinks were priced very reasonably - £4.20 for a pint of Guinness, £5.20 for a decent gin and tonic!! We also came here for breakfast the following morning which had the usual range of continental breakfast items and freshly cooked hot items which were ordered separately. The poached eggs were especially good. At £9.99 for the full cooked breakfast, this offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended

Lovely quiet place for something to eat. The Sunday carvery is well worth the money.Parking: Dedicated parking. Free with accessible access to the restaurant

The carvery here on a Sunday is exceptional, and even during the week for a lunch or dinner, the staff are attentive as well
