Quite disappointed by my order. The pizza was delivered smashed with the cheese and toppings stuck to the cardboard box. Horrible experience!

I wouldn’t even give this 1 star ? I ordered from the waterside at 8.07pm last night, then got an email saying it would be delivered from the city side. The order arrived at 9.08pm & was stone cold, rubbery & undercooked ? il never order from this place again & I ordered a lot online from them & the last few times have been hit & miss. Ended up making toast.

Manager(Sean) horrendous. Unfriendly. Unhelpful. If he’s from Derry he should be ashamed of himself. No one should be as rude or unhelpful as he is. If that’s representative of Domino’s that’ll be my last visit. And anyone else I know does sure. Dreadful!

Disgraceful service I ordered £40 pounds worth of food they got it wrong rung to get right and they said they would send it out ASAP did not deliver it my wee boy had a meltdown I explained all of this over the phone will not order from here again! Four star wouldn’t do anything like this

Ignorant guy there calls Reece. Gave a Texas bbq sauce pizza without the sauce and blamed the customer. Hilarious really. Will never be back.

Avoid ordering late at night. Was like 2 goodfellas pizzas arrived for£28. Thrown together, mostly dough and undercooked. Shocking really
