The food was excellent, as always in the Dungloe bar. They are really consistent in terms of quality. The prices are good, considering the quality of the food. We had the salt and chilli chicken and the chicken stack, both with salt and chilli chips. There is a very extensive menu, and we have tried quite a few of the dishes in the past. It never disappoints. The staff are really helpful and efficient at their job. Will definitely return and highly recommend!!!

Great food well presented and reasonably priced. It took a little longer than would be expected to receive our lunch but it was well worth the wait. Staff were very attentive and very pleasent. Would definitely return.

The review is Regarding an incident I witnessed. Outside the Dungloe bar on Saturday night (16th december). Your bouncers threw my friend, who might I add has learning difficulties out of the bar without giving an appropriate reason why and physically threw him it out and in the process causing a back injury . My friend politely asked why he was threw out and in a very aggressive manner the bouncing staff failed to provide an appropriate answer and used very abusive language. This made my friend and I very upset and stressed due to both being autistic and it’s obvious the bouncers have no knowledge on how to deal with learning disabilities. The bouncer then proceeded to yell at us and swear at our party. A lady in our party tried to enter the Dungloe because she lost her passport in their previously however she was shoved and pushed back by a male bouncer which was a very intimidating and frighting experience for her. I then tried to record the experience which was unfolding for evidence when the bouncer slapped my phone out of my hand causing it to hit the ground and damaging the back screen. This is therefore damage of personal belongings which is going to need to be fixed.

I loved going here for lunch but I will never be back. On Sunday we were told it would be a 30 minutes wait. It was a 60 minute wait. The table we were given was beside a door opening to the beer garden and it was freezing cold ever time it opened. Service was slow the bar person was so unfriendly .It took Fifteen minutes after we finished starters for the plates to be lifted. When the main course arrived it was practically thrown onto the table. The food was good everything else awful that is the service and the surroundings. It cost £146 for 6 for Sunday lunch and we had to wait for ten minutes at the bar before a staff member would take payment.
