Twice now mu order was wrong when I called last weekend they told me to call back the next day for the burger I ordered and the get me one out for free witch I already payed for tried again now the order was missing alot food out of it was told they call me back but no one has never again will I be ordering out here girl on the phone just did kot want to listen was the best chip shop from I was a kid now gone to the dogs

Ordered from gibbons quite often was always ok, but last few times chips have been horrible heated up, the rest of the food wasnt good either, cold, dryed up. Wont order ever again

Amazing food and really amazing staff. My go-to chippy since I moved local to them. I can't recommend them enough, and they do the best chicken box I've ever tasted!

Had to wait an hour and 10 minuets for a chicken box and a sausage special which is ridiculous for 2 meals even if it was busy. When the food eventually arrived the chicken box had more taco in it than anything else. Everything was plasterd. And the sussage special was like a dogs soggy dinner.

Decided to give it ago after 3 years. Still putting batter on fish then in the fridge when frying batter becomes doughy inside not crispy puffed batter. Why don't you dipp fish in batter fresh then deep fry. Shame Gibson were always very good.
