Was told this was a must-see bar in Derry. It's fairly central but it's certainly not grand.

It was pouring down with rain as we were passing this pub, so we decided to call-in for a drink. It was open mic night and surprisingly full for a Wednesday night. My partner was very impressed with his Guinness and I enjoyed a white wine which comes in a small bottle. We got chatting with the regulars who were very welcoming and friendly.

It was a good craic! Fun pub quiz & friendly folks. Thanks Terry & Seana!

On visit to Derry to see the walls we stopped off at the The Grand Central bar with a disabled friend, who had a disability scooter. After a couple of beers we were asked to leave by the bar lady. She said the scooter was blocking her way, although there were 12 kegs of beer on the floor taking up a lot of room. The message was clear, If you are disabled you are not welcome here
