He treated us rudely because we're Indian, favoring white customers instead. Despite our attempts to engage, he ignored us, banged our food dish, and neglected to serve basic water promptly. Had a fantastic meal here last night. Beautiful, freshly prepared food served by really friendly and attentive staff. Has a lovely family restaurant feeling about the place. We will definitely be back.

We have had shawarma throughout Spain and in Arabia the Istanbul Turkish Restaurant’s is the absolute worst ever. The lamb was cooked until cardboard was softer by comparison. Shawarma is renowned for its flavor, this had nothing. The mussaka too had been cooked beyond recognition. The presentation was dreadful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. SIMPLY AWFUL

Ordered lamb seesh. Asked the staff its not cooked. The reply was amazing. May be the lamb was old thats why its not properly cooked. And he left. Paid for that for no reason. Ordered kabab wd bread but was not able to eat as was too heavy asked the staff to pack with bread. Came home wdout bread paid 3 pound for that bread. The best part is u came to relax urself the staff will come and discus their life won’t recommend. Overpriced nill service and food is shhhhttt. Uncooked food so the lamb was resposible not the cook and ask me to eat like its ok

Wrong order, not what was ordered. When asked for vegetarian not advised on vegetarian dishes but what came was a dish of bread soaked in a sauce with no vegetables to be seen, menu should have stated that this meal was all bread as no mention of bread. Unable to eat after just having a starter of Menzies with bread. Offered to give another meal but partner had already finished their meal so no point in taking it would have been nice when asked for a vegetarian meal that the waiter had explained what vegetarian meals they provided. Disappointing night out.

Such a beautiful restaurant. The staff are so lovely and so professional. We came as family of four. Our children choose chicken goujons and chips as usual. But they saw the platter we ordered and they loved it and enjoyed that also. Anyone who hasn't tried please do, our first visit and it won't be our last. Thanks for everything tonight, we highly recommend ?Kid-friendliness: They have childrens options which was great for our children.Parking: There is street parking just opposite were you can park. As it was after 6pm when we attended we where able to park there. There is also car parking facilities in shopping centre next door which is easily accessible and reasonably priced if no street parking is available.

Started of the lady couldn’t understand us as no English then ordered starter drinks and dinner the dinner came first then we had to ask for the starter so that wasn’t nice as dinner was getting cold while we waited so just the dinner so starter was waisted when it arrived asked for my food to be medium spice and also came with none so had to go up to the counter again and ask for spice then we used the bathroom facilities not clean and no toilet roll available in the bathroom went to pay had to leave the restaurant and go to a near by bank machine and return to pay for our food not a pleasant enjoyable evening at all won’t be in a hurry to return
