Place was messy and the floor slippery. Staff was really unfriendly throughout. We didn't expect for a McDonalds in the town center to close early, so we ordered at 6.30, nothing was mentioned of the time frame, we had to wait a bit for the order as it was busy. Then we were unexpectedly kicked out rudly at 7.08. We were with kids, so it was a rush then to eat up and leave quickly. Burger was ridiculous, bacon half raw, ingredients missing. Never experienced a McD like that.

The waterside McDonald’s, is quite poor service wise at the drive-through. But today (15 mins ago) I went with my kids. There was no hello. Just what is your order. Then I asked for happy meal with milkshake. Of course there was no milkshake. Then I asked for a Big Mac meal. Very sarcastically she shouted “it that large”. Then I asked for a Italian stack meal and emphasised it was the beef burger that I wanted and not the chicken burger, as every time I ask for a Italian stack meal they give me the chicken burger version , then I asked for a sharing box of mozzarella dippers. Then she came out with it , the big sigh. I could not believe it. Of course they didn’t have those either. Then I went to pick up the food and of course, they didn’t have the box for the happy meal. Happy meal that’s an oxymoron if I ever heard it. Much like the people who serve there. For balance, the guy who handed me the food was very nice and apologetic. So kudos to him. McDonald’s get you act together and get your staff customer service trained !!!!!!!!
I have been getting food that's not what I ask for and when I order stuff it does not come I've had this time this was my favourite place to eat from now it's rubbish thinking of never eating here again

Wanted a quick affordable, tasty lunch. Bring on McDonald's which I must say I don't frequent too often. Nonetheless, couldn't see anything in the food court that was appetising or value for money so head up to McDonald's. Staff were nice and efficient. Used my Nipsa card and got 2 meals for £4.00. Great value, great service and great staff.\\nWould definitely go back.

Food was.ok burgers were not very warm was told at the door you could queue up or order at the machine but after queuing was not allowed to order because we were seating at a table
