Fantastic hotel. Had a great couple of nights here. The food was amazing and the staff extremely friendly. A great menu for food and drinks. Short bus ride into Derry.

Wonderful experience at the Premiere Inn in Derry. What you get for the value is great. The room was located on a busy road and I never heard a thing. Comfortable bed and fabulous shower, very clean. Would highly recommend.

Room too hot, wouldn't go below 19°. Bed good but pillows too hard, no alternative available.Restaurant service good and great breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and friendly from arrival to leaving and the room was very clean and comfortable. Our evening meal and breakfast the next morning was very good and good value for money. Would definitely stay here again

We have stayed in various Premier Inn hotels over many years. The choice, quality and value of the Premier Inn continental breakfast was one of the main reasons we kept returning. For us, it provided a healthy alternative to the cooked breakfast. It distinguished Premier Inn from competitor chains. Sadly, this is no longer so. The choice and quality has deteriorated over the last few years. Such a shame. Premier Inn will no longer be our ‘go to’ option for short stays.

Our stay was slightly disappointing- We had to change room on arrival as there was an awful smell Tv and wifi wasn’t great Lift didn’t work Dinner was disappointing for the money but continental breakfast was good in the morning!

The bed was dirty!! There is no other way of putting it. When I went to go to bed, there were black hairs on the sheets, a stain on the duvet & the under sheet was soiled. Staff brought up new bed linen, started to help but were called back to reception. The sink also had black hairs. Upon speaking to management, he apologised & gave us breakfast on the house. The complaint needed to be sent to guest relations. On ringing this number I was advised that the hotel had fulfilled its obligations by having a staff member come to the room!!!! That was their reply to my complaint. I went away for a break! I didn’t go away to be changing my sheets & duvet on my bed!!! Absolutely disgraceful & disgusted with both the bed & the service. Won’t EVER be back!!

The hotel and the room were both really clean. However the room needs a bit of an update. Room was boiling hot as the air conditioning was barely working. Made us leave earlier than expected in the morning.

This hotel is wonderful for a first time visit to Derry. A special mention to Sam, Sharon, and Gareth at reception. These three people are a wonderful team who keep the place running smoothly, with a smile and a laugh every time I’ve gone down to reception. Of course, I cannot forget the housekeeping team, who are the unsung heroes of any hotel. They’ve made sure that I’ve not missed/ wanted for anything throughout my entire visit. What a treat it is to stay here!

Large rooms with amazing hot water. Rooms are very clean and quiet. No extra fees for parking. The TV in the rooms are small, but that’s fine.
This was our 4th stay here over the last 7 years and was disappointed this time. The room and corridors were very hot and stuffy with stale air (windows do not open - surely with their Covid policy this should now be implemented) with a lingering bad odour (also of tobacco!). Fans not provided so had to use the air con/ heating system to try and cool the room - inefficient and noisy. Decor was looking tired with soft furnishing stained. On the plus side - most staff on reception very friendly, bed was very comfy and very hot water in the shower.

Unkidness service. Problems with internet without solving and after calls need to go down to reception desk. Dirty rooms and smelling tobacco. I'm sure there ara better hotels in Derry to have a nice stay

I just want to give a shout out to Sharon at reception for being absolutely outstanding at her job. The hotel is currently booked to capacity, and she's all by herself, yet manages to be good humoured, helpful, and goes out of her way to solve problems. This would have got the full five stars if only they'd hire more Sharons! Sadly one person is going to be run off her feet in a hotel this size, so if management are reading, have mercy on your staff. They may be saints, but they're only human. At the very least give her a raise.Regarding the room itself, comfortable, clean, but the fuse is blown and the bathroom light doesn't work. Maintenence will hopefully fix it tomorrow. The food was good, but late on Sunday a lot of things were missing. However, the knickerbocker glory and mocktails (raspberry, rubharb and orange blossom soda) more than made up for it.

Lovely quiet stay at the Premier Inn. We didn't eat but enjoyed a few drinks in the bar and had a very restful night's sleep.

Basic, clean convenient and a good price for a family. Room was very warm. Could not get the temp down. My sister had the same issues first time I had an issue with heat in a Premier Inn but we didn’t report it as it was late. So hotel didn’t no about it in fairness until check out.
