We usually love going to Quaywest and are grateful they were able to get our party booked in but the attiude of the staff that served us and the fact we asked for a set menu weeks before and there attiude to us was not nice even towards some of our guests who were disabled told to get up and do things themselves. Not our greatest visit by far

Website offers 30% off food and drink, the app is not available to download but staff said we’d still get the discount. At paying they refused the discount saying it was already applied, which it wasn’t.Couldn’t be bothered arguing, doubt we’ll be back.Thai red curry had no flavour and zero spice. Side salad served alongside was mostly coleslaw and cheese. Bizarre!

The staff were lovely, it's the only reason this is getting three stars. The food is not as nice as before and quality has gone down. The kids menu is over priced, for example the pizza is like one that we used to get back in the 80's. The lasagna tasted of Bisto, that was all I could taste.

My 50th birthday yest, my family booked a table for 9 of us, when food came tried my chicken and it was cold so sent it back, after a while they brouggt it back same plate of food was returned after the waitress said shed get chef to cook fresh one, bitterly disappointed. Spoild my bday, left there starving. Came in next day for my cake and spoke to manager, told him what happened and seemed like he couldnt care less. Will not b returning.

Item missing from main. When requested. Oh we have none left.2 steaks ordered both overcooked. The fillet steak was one of the worst cuts of meat I've seen.Dessert. Creme brulee with raspberry sorbet and homemade shortbread.Store bought packet short bread, 2 fingers of that. No sorbet, scoop of vanilla served instead.Thai red curry appeared to be microwavable rice. A 20p packet naan and a microwaved sauce.Second strike for this place. Almost laughed when they took payment, didn't ask about service/food received then gave us a loyality card that was promptly binned. Go elsewhere.
