Ordered food at 9:30pm , didn’t arrive until 11pm and the food was cold. This has been a few times this has happened now recently, the food and service is consistently going down hill unfortunately and will no longer order from here for that

Went to get food with a few friends. One of them was banned from the premises and was asked to leave and without a fuss he did. The staff went after him screaming and shouting and the language was so unprofessional. Would never recommend this buisness to anyone.

This place needs to wise up phoned to get a battered sausage after work and they couldn't find my place although it was marked on the order and made it out to be my fault as for the girl taking the order she sounds like she needs a wee course in customer service ridiculous attitude and ignorant tone nice one rockets fair to say the name suits ye!

I orderd 2 burgers one came other didn I rang back she answered said that she did put burgers in called me more less lier the driver must been 2 mins away so I said call him back ill give him the order u give me new one fresh was not having it she laughed at me on phone she had ask boss if u pay 23 pound for 2 burger chip dip think should get it right never never again and I will ring boss tomarrow

Absolutely amazing, my favourite fast food restaurant. They go above and beyond, their food is 10/10, the prices are cheap, they always read the notes and their delivery time is extremely fast. I couldn't recommend enough!

Brilliant food, absolutely gorgeous we got the family deal for 4 and everyone enjoyed the food. 10/10 would recommend.
Not sure if this place is losing money or not, it just seems like they're cutting a lot of corners and couldn't give a fiddlers anymore. Delivery at least 40 mins late, food stone cold, all boxes were almost squashed flat, very little to no meat in texmex, baguette didn't have what I ordered inside and it had one sauce on each side of the baguette (taco one side, garlic Mayo the other) the customer service is also nonexistent, as their attitude just seems to be, Meh! With a shrug of shoulders and they couldn't care less. Not many businesses can succeed like this?

Ordered a chilli beef with Chip. Overly sweet, cheap quality mince and too much sauce and very little cheese in sub standard quality chips and plastic fork broke into food whilst trying to sift around the mess. Only cost six quid?

Placed an order on a Wednesday night, took 90 minutes for it to be delivered, 30 of those minutes was delivery, food was cold and not worth eating. Very disappointing.

Spectacular grub. Plentiful and lovely. Taco chips were unreal really nice sauce and the beef was cooked perfectly. Keep up the good work speedos team.Edit: forgot to say - almost everyone was drinking a milkshake it was kind of weird. They must be nice cos who buys a milkshake after a feed of porter haha.
