I have been going to Starbucks three time aweek atleast since September and today is my last visit. My coffee was take away as usual, the lid was cracked and my coffee spilled everywhere in the car and me. The staff and I mean all of them are not at all nice. One on particular is rude, has a horrible attitude. A smile does not take much. She is the same evey time I see her. The service from Starbucks in Crescent Link so slow. I will gladly take my custom to Café Nero across the way from Starbucks.

Service is always efficient and friendly from all staff. Any special requests are always accommodated in regard to drink/food orders. Clean seating area and lovely atmosphere. Would recommend!

I went with my daughters they wanted coffee and a cookie, I told staff it was one of theirs birthday, the lady give her the cookie and had written happy birthday and smiley face on bag,my daughter face lit up and thought the best thing ever, thank you lady

Served by a girl today who had no manners whatsoever. Rude and unprofessional! Going by previous reviews you really should take on board what your customers are saying. Wont be back.

Girl serving acting like it was an inconvenience serving me, rolling her eyes at me and actually tutted when I asked if I could get a certain type of coffee in a large cup. She constantly sniffed up her snotters in her nose while at the counter serving. Tables, design bad as small tables pulled together so no one else could sit. ( One person where it could have been 6 ) Worst thing was the dirty tables long after people had left the cup and rubbish still sitting on table...if the table had been cleared the table itself was dirty, food, crumbs and coffee spills. One table was cleaned whilst I was there and worker sprayed all over table, when basic training tells you to spray the cloth in food places to reduce spray/ splatter or annoying customers. Cups where lifted eventually from the table I was at however the table was not cleaned. Seen everyone that sat at a tale having to wipe it themselves before their order was ready.

Read so many bad reviews about this place and such a shame that a year or more after some of those bad reviews were written, the place is just as bad. Dirty and slow service as staff all just standing about talking to each other

Normally a nice atmosphere but the new people working there has dropped their standards, when they got my order wrong instead of making me a new drink they made it seem like it was my fault the person taking the order did not put, “no whip cream” till the person taking the order said it was their fault for not putting that on my order. Then when they gave me my drink they just scraped off the whip cream. There was 3 people working but they were busy talking to each other and when I asked it to be redone I couldn’t even taste my drink. With little to no care if the drinks taste of anything at all.
