This was a horrific experience, the woman who served me was called Katelyn, she spent 5 minutes talking to coworkers before reluctantly deciding serve me. I had to repeat my order of 3 ingredients 4 times. She frequently took breaks from making my order to talk to her coworker. The service was painfully slow and took upwards 6 minutes for a lacklustre sandwich. If i could give negative stars I would.

I went in and my friend asked me if I ordered yet, the guy serving us said "i can f****** here yous" and someone forgot to grab something from the till and i heard him say "oh my godd" in an annoyed tone. He also tried to grab my money but his hand slipped off it, which is okay but i heard him say "jeeesus". Also put ONE slice of cheese on my sub.

Horrible experience altogether would NEVER order from this chain again. If I could have given it negative 5 stars I would.Uber driver came with no drink. Missing ingredients is an understatement, they only had the meat no vegetables even though I ordered with, not even dressing was present on it.HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

Very affable staff had a vast array of shapes, sizes and styles of buns. The range of fillings was huge too, made in front of your eyes, and very tasty too. Previous comments have said it was dirty. It was spotlessly clean. Very modest cost for a snack supper.
