Absolutely appalled with the service only went in for a quick bite was served by a young lady with black hair who asked what was wanted in the sandwich that was grand she didn’t ask if me or my partner wanted anything else and just said for us to pay that was ok but my partner wanted a coffee and I wanted a drink so we asked for a coffee and a drink and it seemed to be the worst thing to ask because she started scoffing and throwing dirty looks which is horrible service considering we only asked for more food she then continued on and put through all the stuff in the till but forgot to give out the cookie so we asked could we please have the cookie while paying the machine wouldn’t work and even after we had paid she still forgot so we asked again and she just threw the cookie at us and walked away get in mind there was no one else there just the two of us so it’s not to say she was under pressure or serving lots of customers but horrible service all together when we were nothing but nice… disgusting.

bought a foot long cookie and it tasted ass looked moldy and the girl working pulled it out of nowhere as if it had been sitting out for days, it tasted that way anyway.

I ordered tikka masala foot long. And i found pieces of beef steak in side those container of chicken tikka. Also i informed to one of the sub making girl but she already added that beef mixed chicken in to my sub as i am not eating beef meat for religious reason. But she made that sub as i got free.

I like the Subway brand and today this restaurant had everything I wanted to eat. The location is just inside the shopping centre, and it has a spacious seating area with lots of room. Nearly all of the tables in the seating area needed wiped down or cleaned. Staff were slow to start with my order. The bread was not particularly fresh. What is usually a lovely sub was OK. The cookie was good and well the bottled drink was as expected.

Just ordered 2, 6inch subs. And 2 bottles of pepsi and it cost £15.86. Havent eaten in subway in a while and cant believer the prices. And they gave me pepsi max instead of ordinary pepsi which i asked for. I am in shock. It was cheaper to get a sandwich yesterday on my flight back a holiday. I wont be back in subway. Total rip off.

I've been eating meatball with plenty of salad in the subway for three years, it's the first time I've seen an employee making such a bad sandwich. My meatballs fell, my salads fell and she didn't put it in the bread without caring. when i said she Why did you do that . this sandwich so bad. Another friend's reply: SHe said that you had all the vegetables put in it!! There are employees who are very sloppy, disrespectful, bad, and have a style.

Supposed to be open till 6, went at 5.40 and they told me they are closed and had everything read off the counter. And that they are only open till 5.45 which is a blatant lie. More interested in packing up and leaving early that serving paying customers. Not impressed at all.

Horrible everytime I went here, dry even though I got 2 sauces on my sub, bland tasting meat, horrible all around I went here multiple times to keep giving it a a chance over the years, never coming back, only nice things is the staff is nice.

Opens at 10am but today only salads and wraps available until 11am. No bread for the subs had been baked. Seems extremely strange when that's their main business.
