The woman with red hair there was lovely and explained how the salad bar worked because I got confused. She was polite and smiley and exactly who you want serving your customers. However when she sent me over to the man on the till to pay he was extremely rude to me. He asked me was trying to ask if I wanted ice with my Fanta but I couldn’t hear him as it’s a bank holiday in a busy canteen so I said “I’m sorry what did you say?” He huffed and repeated what he said but this time just “ice!” And rolled his eyes. I still didn’t hear him but he looked mad so I said I don’t know what you’re saying. He said in a really angry voice “do you want ice in your drink” but he said it as if I’m a child being ridiculous. I then heard him and said “oh right no thank you” but before he could finish my sentence he spoke over me with “£10.50” and walked away. I’m a teenager myself and he looked about in his late 20’s and his attitude is worse than anyone in my class and can only be described as a scene from Kevin in Perry. Genuinely made me feel really uncomfortable.
The tall server guy ignored me and took a lady who came after me first and then rudely told me to stand in a queue when there was literally no one else in except the two of us
Just a great place to eat. A brilliant atmosphere great food and friendly staff.
Packed. No room to turn a sweet in yer mouth. Fairly expensive. Food first class. ???
I love this place and the staff are so warm and welcoming. There is a blonde girl that's super nice and would put anybody in good form listening to her ❤️
